We had a lovely stay in the Anchor Inn, the room was beautifull with a lovely ensuite and nice powerfull shower. Once we arrived a basket was delivered to the room with tea, coffee bottled water and ice bucket with ice and a jar of cookies. The room was very clean and extremly comfortable. The food is the resturant was amazing and i defo recommend getting the shared dessert. Everything. Room was better than a hotel. I had to take down the name of the mattress because it was the most comfortable bed i have slept in. Food was 5 star. Great value for money, cant wait to go back.

Excellent room the little extras like bottled water ice bucket and cookies to have with your coffee in the room was a nice touch and complimentary. Or room was newly remodeled and immaculate. Very comfortable. Inn offered food all day which made it very convenient. Breakfast was fabulous. The way we were received, the service, the comfort, the amazing quality of the evening meal and the breakfast to die for....!. the food, the room, the location. There was a beautiful continental breakfast along with a proper menu for breakfast also. nice place near famous Cliff of Moher, friendly staff, nice food, breakfast fabulous, cookies lovelly. we were enjoyed.... General good atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the breakfast is great! We ended up staying one extra night. Staff helpful friendly great service.Meals where delicious Especially tasting of cauliflower soup. Food was excellent The room was clean and tidy. A little small but the bed was very comfy. Everything excellent especially the restaurant . Definitely go back !. I liked the location, the surrounding countryside is magnificent. Great food. Close to sea golf and cliffs of moher. No complaints. Nothing. I would describe the accommodation as a pub/guesthouse not hotel. The room was up a steep flight of stairs with no lift. Also, no wifi available in rooms. Nothing to not like. weather. Breakfast not till 9am - when up early to move on 8 am would be better. Leaving !. Nothing. no time left.
