friendly staff! gasworks pub!! food was gorgeous!! room was fab! spacious airy clean comfy! shower was wonderful!! would definately recommend to frineds and future guests!!. The staff were very friendly and willing to give help were neeeded. The food was excellent and the bedroom was very clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and made organising a stay for 17 people very easy.

The hotel offered many facilites which included pay movies. I would definitly stay again and would recommend anyone who wishes to have a hotel that is close to the city, train station and generally everything while being not too in the centre to consider staying here.We originally chose it for the convienience to where we were going, however the staff are more then helpfull and friendly. It is very modern and clean and I would not hesitate to stay there again and reccomend to my friends. Extremely courteous and friendly staff and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The were so understanding when our flight was cancelled necessitating a very late book in.it was clean,good food, nice pints, friendly atmosphere,good service,safe car parking,close to town centre and we enjoyed our stay immensly. It was close to the dart but quite a walk away from Grafton St in the rain.We found someone's bra behind the sofa in the bedroom. the toilet seat was not maintained to the standard expected.the room was too warm. price hike at special; weekends. A pity there isn't a more 'formal' place for dinner other than the hotel bar. food in the bar was terrible. Need more veg menu .had to go with veg burger and nothing else.breakfast good . bar staff very slow was left waiting ages to order drinks. residents bar a joke. we asked to leave a 12.45am even though we told dat bar closed at 1.30am had to finish our drinks in lobby. The noise of the air conditioning outside the window along with a car alarm goin off for a long time, I did not sleep very well and was very angry! but the room etc was very nice itself, very comfy and very clean. directions given were insufficient to find hotel.

- Drive to the airport roundabout and take the second exit onto the M1 (signposted Dublin).
- Join the M1 motorway and continue forwards onto Swords Road-N1 (signposted M1 City Centre).
- This will take you into Dublin.
- Follow the traffic signals and continue forward onto Drumcondra Road Lower-N1 (signposted City Centre).
- At junction 70 turn left onto Belvidere Road (signposted N3, N4, N7, N11).
- Then, at junction 71, turn left onto North Circular Road- R101 (signposted N11).
- At junction 73 turn right onto Amiens Street – R105 (signposted City Centre).
- Follow the traffic signals again and continue forward onto Memorial Road – R105 (one way).
- Continue forward onto Moss Street – R802 and turn right onto Lombard Street East – R814.
- Continue forward onto Westland Row – R118.
- Bear right onto Merrion Street Lower – R815.
- Turn left onto Merrion Square North – R118.
- Continue on until the end of this street and then turn left onto Clanwilliam Place.
- Turn right onto Grand Canal Street Lower – R815 and you will see Grand Canal Hotel on your right.
