We took a private room with a private bathroom. The double bed was comfortable. The room was decently clean. The location is perfect, close to O'Connell street, walking distance to all the touristy locations. It's very clean. And it staffs are very nice. And the think of our English level is not very good. So they say easy English to us make us to understand easy. The staff was really great and give good advices for a dublin first trip. And well located.

Comfortable beds and bedding. Night staff (brazilian guy): really friendly and welcoming. receptionist gave us a heater for room, good location, relatively cheap(for Dublin). Very central position. The staff is also polite. The location of the hostel. nice place, easy to find. location. Hot water came and went. The internet was pretty spotty too. Some receptionists make sure that the room is yours before giving you the key, some didn't. As far as value for money, I would absolutely recommend it. The shower was a bit special but enough for that price. No I was happy wouldn't expect anything better for the money I paid. Respectfully. Told us we could check in at 11 A.M. Arrived at 2 P.m dripping wet, where told to come back at 3 P.m, so had to walk around town for an hour in the spilling rain. If somebody leaves their shower on, water will leak heavily into the bathroom below it. I've had that problem and it was fixed immediately, but it's still not a great experience. The bathrooms are really very basic. Very poor, the street is very noisy and the bedrooms are very small. A little rundown and grubby. The common kitchen is filthy. Not enough chairs. No mugs!!!!! Very dirty and smelly fridge. Wifi: not a good signal. cold rooms, extremely dirty, showers are either boiling hot or freezing cold. Cleanliness - it hasn't been cleaned for years, especially the bathroom is disgusting! Internet - it is impossible to connect!. The staff was not quite friendly. The word "clean" overestimates what we found in our room. There is enough space for improvements there, even if that's only a hostel. We were supposed to check in in Citi but somehow we were told that we should move to D1 hostel... the room is so small and so cold. very dirty place Don't book it. Showers were filthy!!! Hair/pubes everywhere! Woke up to bugs all through our bed! Wouldn't recommend this place to a dog!. no towels at all in hostel. They went to buy some if I waited for a bit, No English staff it was hard to understand each other. I think you should be aware that this hostel is absolutely horrdedous. Its the most filthy place I've ever set foot in. It does not look like its been cleaned for literally years! I would never stay again and am surprised letsbookhotel.com have such a place listed.
