  I've never experienced such excellent customer service. From the moment we arrived to checking out the staff at this hotel were very friendly, helpful and very efficient. The welcome from the reception staff was lovely. The quality of the breakfast buffet was outstanding and the we were greeted every morning by very cheerful staff despite it being... what people say » very busy.I would highly recommend this hotel for the customer service alone as well as it being a fabulous hotel in a wonderful location. - Where the hotel is situated is without doubt the most scenic part of this country. Waking up to this background is an amazing experience. I am from Ireland and expect staff to be pleasant which they were at the skellig but I even thought they exceeded my expectations. Especially a lady on the cleaning staff that was very friendly when id pass her in the hall way. and a lady from Armagh which made an extra effort been friendly with us. This adds to the overall experience

  I really liked the Barr Na Sraide Inn. It is a small, old-style, friendly hotel that is very good value for the money in the heart of lovely Dingle. There is a parking lot which is very handy because the streets of Dingle are narrow and I think street parking would be difficult. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There was a sitting room on - Location was fabulous right in the heart of dingle center. Was skeptical about being above a pub, but not a problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was modest but clean and very comfortable. Loved that there was a common area where we could make tea, play games and interact with other guests. That is a nice alternative to sitting in your room or being out in the pubs. Recommend it for great value without sacrifice.
