Booked the resort for just 3 nights - but after arriving there I got so impressed that I extended my stay for another 4 nights. The staff is incredibly supportive, friendly and caring. The villa got cleaned TWICE a day+you got something sweet every night. The surrounding and view from the villas is just incredible and you feel like in heaven and as you were the only guest there. I can just recommend this resort to everyone who would like to relax in a luxury surrounding. THUMB UP!!!!.
all reviews » We bought a honeymoon package. The room was great and everywhere around the hotel is very tranquil and relaxing. The staff there was helpful & friendly. Very thankful also as the hotel accepted my several changes of booking date without penalty. Everything about the hotel is brilliant . The view the room the staff the service everything is perfect . The staff especially is very friendly helpful and nice .we loved our experience n wish we had more days to spend there . the staff are so nice and helpfull. the villas are great.its heaven. the Resort was just wonderful. The villa is beautiful. It's a 12 years old resort we like the Balinese style villa with its character, it's quiet here with lush of green everywhere, the valley full of greens and the paddy field around the resorts are our favourite, the view from our villa to the valley is magnificent. Very excellent staff. That's the first thing you are gonna notice. Nice view on the mountains. Good food options. The private pool is nice. the view is very nice. The hotel didn't get prepared when we arrived as it missed our booking accidentally. We would be more amused when having all kinds of honeymoon decorations / services at the very beginning. Even though they made them up as soon as they could, our mood was a bit dented. the guys on the reception area are so nice but i prefer a girl on the reception when i enter an hotel. my wife has the same opinion. the hotel is so calm at night and during the day, its perfect for relaxation and meditation with that perfect view on the mountains but i prefer some action in it and some entertainment. the resort should also offer yoga classes or instruction in the Spa. Nothing. Most staffs are friendly however they could so with some training to be more professional in service, Food-quality,taste and presentation needs improvement. Spa environment is beautiful but need to improve in massage technique. Not comfortable. Poor Air-conditioning. We found a lizard walking inside! The building material is weak and not high quality. In general we didn't like the mountain area very much. It's too closed compared to beach areas. It has a lot of insects and lizards which may ruin your honeymoon experience. Internet connection is poor. Hot water was not working. It is not a kind of thing we would expect from 5 star hotel. Hotel personal did not offer any kind of satisfaction.
