Loved the location, central to all, stones throw from Monkey Forest, restaurants and shops, yet quiet and tucked away and down a alley,( but don't be deceived) because once you actually get to it, its beautiful over looking jungle and ravine, very Ubud! The Room was clean spacious icy cold air con private balcony. breakfast was lovely. pool was clean and pretty. staff were attentive friendly.A little gem for a budget family. Thanks guys.
all reviews » This hotel was very convient being located right in the main street of Ubud, situated down an alleyway which keeped it hidden from the public, when in the hotel much to our surprise you couldn't hear any noise from the busy road above. The pool was refreshing after a day out and about, it served our needs very well. We would recommend it to others looking for a central no fuss hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, the spa was good. Great location in the middle of monkey forest road, which was our favorite road in Ubud. The room had a nice balcony overlooking the forrest and a great bed. Excellent value for money. Only small dislike was that we had to ask them to give us new towels every day and that the breakfast could be a bit better. I like everything about the hotel, the staff are friendly, location perfect. For a $35, it is a very nice hotel with complete facilities, big room and bathroom and of course comfortable atmosphere with forest and small river view behind our room that can be seen from the terrace. Loved the location, short walk to monkey forest and markets. Great restaurants near by and an amazing swimming pool and jungle setting!! Would stay again for sure. Wife and young daughter enjoyed massage and fingernail painting at spa. The location was good, the staff were helpful when asked anything. Jati 3 was small and quiet. Really good for chilling out. Breakfast was made to order from a small menu but quite satisfactory. The location - 150 m off the main road close to the centre of Ubud - but without any city noise, smells etc. The family room was large with a large balcony opening onto a small forested ravine. The location not far from Monkey forrest on the monkey forrest rd. The quiet just behind the busy street. The nice pool and the beautiful rooms. Overall the location and environment is ok. For a short stay is ok. However, your breakfast is simple and nice. I loved the location. It is located to jalan monkey forest, but we need to get into an alley to go to this place. At first, it seemed 'uncomfortable' cuz we dragged our luggage (taxi cannot go inside the alley). But it turned out great. No crazy sounds of motocycles and cars. Just a bird's sound tried to deprive me of sleeping. : ) Walkable to the monkey forest, there are lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. there is no entrance as such for taxis to pull in so its kinda hard to find and you have to pull your bag down the alley yourself. but other than that a super treat for budgets will stay again without hestitation. The breakfast selection not much, however I like the scramble egg. No complainants!!. Nothing. The room was a little bit musty - more frequent airing or better external ventilation would fix that. Some people may not like the fact that one has to walk 150 m down a narrow - but clean - alley to get there. Indifferent staff, Remote location, Difficult to find, Small entrance, No lights in hotel area when darkness falls, No telephone at rooms. Ubud is not the quiet country village is was before. It is very busy, with a lot of traffic and sidewalks are in desperate need of repair.. If you used to sleep with dark curtains, there is no here. Room was not cleaned regularly, two days before departure they didn't clean it at all. Drains in room smelled bad. No daily bathroom cleaning. the toilets were not too clean, could be improved. We were two adults with a 1 and 3 year old child. Prams and excess baggage didn't work great with the steps up to and down from all the rooms. no car parking on site but you can park on the road at the top if you can find a space. If your looking for quaint..this is it...if your looking for luxury..go somewhere else. No tea/coffee facilities in room Breakfast choices No bottled water Asking for toilet paper daily. Not much clean. Drainage not great but workable. Aircon in our room was not the best but it did work. nothing. the bed mattress was too soft and room was dusty . I requested it to be cleaned , was done promptly. no tv. Nothing at all. Problem of toilet coz our room is lowest then it might have more pressure. Hope they fix it before other come!. Lower level rooms smelling damp.. Breakfast very small. Spa wasn't more than a smelly bamboo hut..good massage though!. I didn't like that the rooms had very little light in them. Two of the desk lamps had no light bulbs in them and the other flickered on and off. I also did not like that the staff were upset by my late night check in. They did not tell me about breakfast times, wifi or give me any hotel/Ubud information. Hotel entrance is difficult to find and car cannot drive in. Especially check in at night the way is dark. The room scenery is nice but just the wood bed frame always create sound whenever we turn our body while sleeping. My children also complaint about the sound. The manager seemed nice but the rest of staff did not seem happy to be there. 1. the bedroom lighting was too dim 2. the doors need to be changed as the frames were old making it difficult to lock/unlock most times 3. staff only tidy the bed but would not collect used towels and replenish until requested 4. staff also do not replenish toilet paper. The Bungalows weren't so nice and clean inside and the matress was so soft, that you almost couldn't get out oft bed, you almost drowned in there. The staff weren't particularly friendly. came here last year and had all inclusive breakfast. this year the included breakfast was EITHER fruit OR eggs OR jaffle OR etc If you wanted one of each it was extra. 1-The cleaning is very poor. 2-Bad smell coming from the bathroom pipes. No phone tv not working properly,bad house keeping,no toilet paper. Toilet is not at high standard. standard family room is not really clean. better deluxe. The bed is too soft,can't sleep at all. The sound from next room can be heard very loud n clear, make me whole can't sleep well. room. tidak ada tempat parkir!!! padahal ktnya ada..... First impression of the staffs. When we arrived with the havey luggage, a staff in the main office was smoking. And the room we stayed was really big (that one I liked it), but I could find dead insects on the floor or on the shelf of the bathroom. It looked like they didn't sweep the room clean and neat.
