- The SunMoon restaurant is simply awesome!!! - Water sports are good. - Ample walking space available. - Lot of trees and peace - Nice swimming pool and grand delicious breakfast!! This place is definitely good if you have moderate expectations and average budget. Friendly place where the facilities were more than I expected and provided good value for money. Nice seafood restaurant. Good prices. Rustic feel rather than posh resort. Lovely sea view.

There are 2 resorts 10 miles apart we actually transferred after 3 days to the sister resort which was newer and had a much better beach. the food at the restaurant at the Agro was better other than that it was all rather tired. We had lunch at the restaurant. The food was very tasty n the service was good as well. Quiet and comfort place to relax. beach and spa. The View of the sunset. - You have to travel 1 hour (close to 1 hour) from Bintan terminal which is the only thing. But honestly - it was worth it!!. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner- grout and shower curtain, but it was ok. No pool towels or pads on loungers. Would have liked a safe in the room. A bit isolated, not so easy to get about to surrounding areas for sightseeing or local markets. Far from ferry terminal, but I can accept it! If easy to have a carsick, better not choose. Still recommend!!!. the location depends on the tide being otherwise the swimming is very restrictive and so are all the water sports. it is fair value but really needs a good overhaul. parts of the grounds were OK, other parts lots of rubbish lying around and was in need of sorting out. you have to walk through restaurant to get to pool which was annoying if you wanted to swim before 10.00am. The pool was simple and there were no issuance of beach towel. We were very upset with the beach as it was dirty and the seabed was not that comfortable to step on. We stayed in the Junior Suite as it suppose to have the beach view but unfortunately we were not able to see the beach from our room at all. the land transfer from and to the ferry terminal. during the duration of our stay at the resort, it had 3 black out incidents. 1 hour ride for town area. only one provision shop available. The staff in charge of spa booking is not friendly,and his attitude is very bad.
