Our family, especially the kids, enjoyed staying at the villa. Service was great and the staff was very pleasant. Pool fence is available on request at 5 usd a day... The dining and living room was air conditioned and enclosed... Which was good as we can confine running kids in the room. The glass doors offered a good view of the outdoors. My children loved the pond near the entrance of the villa.
all reviews » Staff and management did their utmost to accommodate us. Two bedroom villa (with one bedroom locked off) was huge and perfect for a couple. Pool was a great size and very private. Shuttle service was very handy. The villa is very good, location is good, where is very convenient, very close to Potato Head. The breakfast was very good, very good service. The swimming pool is a bit small, the water is deep. - location, hire a scooter and its 2 mins to the best restaurants and bars in Seminyak - the staff are very personal, you walk in and they greet you by name each day - pools and rooms are lovely. We were amazed that the whole area was for our sole use. The children could use the pool anytime. It was excellent. The breakfast prepared in our kitchen was a lovely touch. Nice BIG beds :-). The Staff were very helpful with our queries. Very prompt in attending to our requests. Had a great time with friends and will definitely recommend anyone wanting to visit bali. Staff were all helpful,very friendly and always called before entering th villa. The Villa itself was very private, quiet, clean and well appointed. Loved the separate closed in living area especially in the evenings! Staff were wonderful with nothing being too much trouble. Good quiet location with only a ten minute walk to Seminyak Oberoi. Spacious villas with immaculate rooms and pools. Villas were lovely, staff were excellent. Breaky cooked in your Villa while you relax by the pool, awesome. I like the pool and big bath tub, kitchen is well equipped with utensils. Breakfast is nice. I like the living room facing the pool, and the little alley heading to our private villa. We came with 2 families , both of us with a baby each . We took 2 bedroom villa with private pool. Very spacious and big villa. The staffs were friendly and kind. They gave us 2 complimentary baby cot for our babies to sleep in. Location was good, although the entrance is through a small one lane road, its relatively close to all the good eateries!. The Villas was fantastic design Furniture lovely and clean They make a breakfast at ur room. Nice place and good location. Aircon in room is powerful. There were mosquitoes in the semi outdoor toilets. The pool was very deep. Luckily we brought floats for the kids (ages 1, 2 & 5) the lanes leading to the villas wear rather narrow and couldn't fit the big umbrellas that they lent us... If you want to be picky you could complain that the open shower causes water to overflow on the bathroom floor, that the kitchen does not have an oven or microwave and that the villa shows signs of wear and tear. To enter the villa road some distance. - if you dont want to get a scooter its hard to get a cab or walk as its a little far. I was worried that the bathrooms were open at the top, and our children were in the other bedroom. Mosquitos were annoying. Location- I thought Seminyak was closer to Kuta. Took longer than expected to travel to and from - my lack of knowledge. Water pressure in bathrooms could be better. Location, taxis can only go in one way and most didn't even know where it was. Lots of Mosquitos is the only problem here. A bit inaccessible. Please provide pool fencing for family with children, the towels need to be washed properly. The villas located deep in a lane that is a little bit hard to find. Fridge didn't work well Toilet didn't flush properly and tended to leak at base when flushed Was very hot in bathroom because of the Perspex sealing any air out of the room. The food and Resturant sorry for that but it's ( poor ) I don't like it . Nothing. The key set up four or five keys for one villa and not tagged. Just a little too far down lane away but in saying that they did have cars with drivers that could take you most of the time and pick up. The swimming pool was abit deep for family like us...our wives could not reach the pool end..... There are some mosquitoes but they supply electric anti mosquito pad. Mosquitoes are a big big issue. Although the staff mentioned about fogging the area, the mozzies ended up hiding in the living room and I have never seen that many mozzies clustered in a domestic environment together in my life!. Location Destination to the villa was small road We saw a lot of ants, insects and mice. The pool has too much chlorine/chemical. My silver corroded and my eyes were painful for a day. As it is raining season, the rain water came into the villa and wet the carpet. Breakfast is cold.
