The hotel captures all the charm of Bali. It's spacious grounds offer a delightful green wedge in an otherwise busy and overcrowded Seminyak allowing one to feel calm and at ease immediately on arrival. Staff are among the best with a personal caring touch. Nothing is a problem. Position is excellent. Facilities excellent. all reviews » We have hardly seen any hotel more perfect than Oberoi in Seminyak. From the very first to the very last minute, our stay was perfect. Friendly staff, excellent facilities, nice environment, super service. The probably best choice in Bali. Impeccable service, quality food and drink, beautiful grounds and sea views, fair mini bar prices (cheaper than bar), great pool amenities. Perfect for what it sets out to be. The room is very comfortable and clean. The staff and service is the best !!!! They are all well trained and willing to give a service at all time - with a smile. Very friendly and attentive staff,always with a smile..really oustanding. Nice garden and pool area, rooms are very luxurious. Would definitely go there again!. We had a fantastic stay in the Oberoi. Focus on service consistency over very high staff numbers compared to guests inevitably reduces opportunities to develop relationships with individual staff. The dinner food was too expensive and not my type. There are certainly some great restaurants outside the resort one might prefer. The room looked a bit dated, but it was clean and had all the facilities you need. The pool area is a little dated although classical. The biggest disappointment was the food served for breakfast on the terrcae. Not up to the level of the hotel. Croissanst very hard and the bacon like rubber. I'll have to check my memory . as it suited us completely. It's all perfect. not allowed a late check out eventhough the hotel was not full that day, although they promised at first. a little bit old faced hotel but reflecting real balinese style. none. didnt like that the payment wasn't taken at the time of booking. breakfast is not included, expensive restaurant.
