From the beginning our our stay the staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the free shuttle to the airport or daily to Seminyak centre was an added bonus. We felt at home, finding the room and social areas perfectly set up and maintained. It's only a short stroll to the wonderful beach or 10 minutes to banks and shops. A little gem,so much so we returned for a final night after a week on the Gilis, and were welcomed back like family. Thank you for a superb stay, highl.
all reviews » Service is great here. We saw, I think, all the hotels nearby, and in Benoa. But this one is really best you can get in Bali for those money. Sure it's no hilton, but it's comfortable, clean and has authentic spirit. And the bar serves delicious food. I recommend to book super delux room, 'cause they are more quiet. Speaking of quiet - Seminyak and Legian are noisy, but the hotel is situated in a place this is rather quiet - in comparison. Also a tip: the rooms on the first floor are renovat. my wife and I loved our stay at this hotel the room was very clean the bathroom was of a high standard the air con worked fantastic the staff were really professional the pool is gorgeous the breakfast was of a very good standard better than most the hotel is about 3 minute walk to the beach and very close to the shops we highly recommend this hotel to any one that wants a value for money stay in bali. thank you to all the staff for a wonderful time. The sarinande is located 200m from Seminyak beach down an alleyway so is out of the hustle and bustle. The rooms are basic but clean and the staff are friendly. My room was right outside where the guard sits and i could here him talking and listening to radio. The shower pressure was variable. But all in all i would book it again for the position near the beach. The access road is dirty and very narrow, do not feel safe to go with the baby trolley. Though the cars and motors go very slow. The area of the beach close to the hotel is narrow and a little dirty but only moving 5minutes to Kuta Area the cool restaurants and beach are located. Only fault that we found was that dinner at night took so long to be served, and so all the guests went out to dine!. Nothing to dislike about the hotel if your looking for somewhere quiet. Location is excellent but the beach which is a few minutes walk is not the best stretch along the coast, however, this for us was not an issue due to the pool being lovely. Also, Be aware you only get a free airport pickup if you stay for 3 or more nights. We were not aware of this until we arrived at the hotel, but paying was no issue as it was still cheaper than random taxi from airport. Overall only minor negatives which did not impact in anyway. Stay here. The pool is not to big. The staircase to the second floor needs to be renewed or replaced. Minor things: small TV, no cereal/ yoghurt available for breakfast. nothing. Nothing I did not like. Mosquitos ... There's no actual private terraces. Rooms are a little shady. Downstairs room dark, very noisy, practically no window. Never saw the promised afternoon tea!. Perhaps there could have been a few more sun lounges near the pool. I stayed for five days and was only able to use a vacant sun bed in the very late afternoon- disappointing as the pool area is gorgeous and well maintained. Noise. There are ally ways to the beach on 2 sides of the hotel so constant motorbike noise. a bit noisy at night (fridge from room and kitchen? or swimming pool?). Coffee and tea No mosquito repellent on dining table. It's a bit far out of seminyak. Position is a little bit apart. The hotel isn't close to the beach and on good walk from the city center but overally ok. We had to walk along a narrow road /alley to get to shops or the beach. The hotel was a bit remote from the shops. Coffee in room was stale as well as the creamer so had to buy one instead.no flexibility on transfer to airport. Rooms were a little dark. hotel a bit dated, bathroom facilities old, very noisy with motorbikes and too far from shops. Bad bad.
