Very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us - we had two 3 year old twin girls and a 17 year old niece which leads to a variety of needs but the staff met all our needs without any fuss. Excellent accommodation - large villa with all modern facilities. Free shuttle bus excellent - no worries with dropping us to Waterbom Park. Bali Zoo and Kuta/Legian shopping area. Staf were verry friendly and went out of their way to assist and help. Made vehicle available to travel to Seminyak shopping precincts. Also suggested several dinning areas to attend for evening meals. If they fix a few of the finner details of Bacon and milk then this villa will exceed future expectations.

The villa is clean and the staff arr friendly. The 2 bedroom villa is larger than i expected. Very spacious Living room, kitchen, garden, swimming pool, terrace, hall way... The villas are very comfortable and spacious even with 3 rooms...well equipped. The room was very spacious. Luxury. I like the location of the place, its not far from Seminyak center and to UBUD and other places just took 1-2 hours drive, nice. The villa its clean and tidy, though they can use a bit of detail cleanning of the place. I like the enviroment of the villas, it included all the facilities needed in the house especially when come together with older families member. They really happy with it. Nothing. Maybe location was a bit out of main Seminyak area shopping but very good restaurants close by - Metis, Slippery Stone and Naughty Nuri's. Only a 10 minute taxi to shopping so that was not a big negative. Menu for ordering meals was in house however, the facility was not available. Breakfast was light on in the Bacon department, had to advise staff that a small piece of rind on a plate was not Bacon! On several occasions requested more Bacon to compliment the breakfast meal. No milk available for coffee and or tea in refrigerator. Very limited food menu options..breakfast very limited as per 5 star standards.. nothing. The audio and video equipment are well equipped. But I think they should also provide free Dvd for borrow. Construction works next door Mandatory garanty for mini-bar Water of pool is not that clean. They don't have an in house restaurant yet. No clocks anywhere in the room. We had to book in a time for breakfast, it would've been better to just have it anytime up till the breakfast hrs finished. A bit far from shop but its 5 min with taxi. there were some construction beside our Villa, and it made so much noise that we could not easily sleep. when I was there the next door neighbour were building a new Hotel and it makes the Villa not private and a bit dirty and noisy. Even it extent till late 9 PM, luckyly the room is damper well so the noise is excluded from the inside. Everything is good, just when the breakfast, if will be better if we can having it at our villas because like us with stay together older family members, it is quite hard for them to walk to cafe(a bit long distance from our stay) to have a breakfast. It would be recommend to serve the breakfast at villas. Thanks. The 2 villas were too dirty, bedroom, bathroom, living room, bed sheets, towels and the swimming pool. Every thing was terrible .. I checked out next day instead of staying for 5 nights !! This villas management and letsbookhotel.com shall go thru their "5 stars evaluation" because it really doesn't deserve more than 1 star. Airconditioner was not function, telephone didn't work too! Airport transfer cancelled suddenly! There is only one driver !.
