Just a beautiful and relaxing place to stay with the most friendly and hospitable staff which we have made a long distance friendship with. Back there next year. I had an accident in the resort pool and the staff were amazingly helpful which I have great gratitude towards them. The Hotel itself was excellent, pool was amazing, breakfast had heaps of choices, rooms were great. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus service attempts to offset the poor location.

Unfortunately the location is not ideal, made worse by road works on the way to hotel, many taxi drivers did not no the location and property is incorrectly located on google maps service. was approximately 10 minute walk further than expected. also caused troubles with taxi driver finding property on arrival. Buffet breakfast was just OK, could be improved and needs some more variety. Sun lounges by the pool aren't in the sun during the mid to late afternoon. Location a little out of the way but cheap taxis so no problem really and it was nice to get out of the hussle & bussle. Room was a little disappointing, should have booked one with a pool view, The cleaners were mostly males so think there needs to be alittle more attention to cleaniness, like cobwebs and fingermarks. But overall they were always made up, clean and tidy on our return. - Little trouble while checked in, wait for 30 min for the room to be ready. new hotel (taxi driver sometimes did not know), sink has not enough space , few waste bins, Hotel food (lunch dinner) could be better. WiFi could have been better. Too many rooms. We didn't like the building because it is too big and seems to be in a maze. Balconies are really small and with no privacy. You can't stay with open windows because of the air conditioning noise. And last thing: in every empty and yet available room with no one in, from the outside you could see that tv, lights and air conditioning are always switched on, also during the night and it is not so Eco friendly. Dirty nappy found under one of the beds. Misleading photos on website - the photos of our room showed an indoor kitchen, we had an outdoor kitchen. Misleading information re location of hotel. It wasn't close to beach or any good shops or restaurants. Hotel is in Kerabokan not Seminyak. Ugly gray concrete design. Overall quite disappointing.
