Sindu Guest House is a gem! It is well located, about 100m to Sanur beach and is a lovely clean and relaxing place to stay! It is run by Dave, the owner who is incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, great hot shower and immaculately cleaned every day. Attention to detail is great. You have coffee and tea making facilities in your room and can enjoy these in the communal seating area at the front which is a great place to relax and read a few books! Inc.
all reviews » The owner Dave is super attentative! Although the airport pick-up didnt turn up after waited for over 40mins, but Dave waited for us to check-in, apologized and reimbursed us the transport fee! Location of the guest house in term of access to places like bars, shops and so on the very centered. Just that its a bit noisy at night and sounded like people want to break into your room.. we stayed only 1 night before transfer into Lembongan island, so thats fine for us. and also Dave got his staff t. The rooms are excellent, very big and light. Every day we were given fresh milk in the fridge to make tea and coffee which is a nice touch. A 2 minute walk to the beach. The staff are what really make it special. It almost feels like home. Anna was particularly brilliant, giving us loads of information and even going to the trouble to post our post cards for us when we couldn't find a post box! The breakfast is fantastic and you have a good choice. Would def stay again and wished we had booked . I very much liked Sindu Guest House. Everything was perfect, very reasoneably priced, very clean guest house with all the facilities needed for your pleasant 3 days stay in Sanur. Very flexible and friendly owner and staff. The only small deduction in points (almost 10 given) was for the place as it was located just round the corner of the very busy street in Sanur, on the other hand it was close to both beach and shopping area/restaurants. I am definetly going back to Sindu Guest House!. This is a really great place that I enjoyed very much. I spent 5 nights there in a single room. The room itself was a little bit dark, but very clean and comfortable. In general, the place is almost sterile clean, has a nice small garden, tasty breakfast and a really great staff. Excellent Budget Accomodation in the centre of Sanur with easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach. Immaculate rooms with all lifes essentials. Dave and his staff are great hosts. Will definately be booking to stay here again in the future. Cheap clean place,friendly staff, close to shops, market, money changer, beach is a 5min stroll. Anna helped me find a great driver with incredibly cheap rates. Ask for driver Putu he is honest and helpful.Owner Dave very friendly. Dark brown/blue colour of the bed sheet and towel, can't really tell how clean it is. a bit noisy in the morning cos it's around the street conner. Nothing. Next ime I will take a double room, as the single opens into the corridor leading to the kitchen and there's no privacy to have the door open. If can provide a hair-dryer is better. nothing. No pool, old style stand up fan. nothing. Nothing. Nothing. My room was small, but I didn't mind but if you want a big room, don't book the 1 person room. Fan was not so strong, so sometimes it was a little bit hot inside my room.
