Rooms, coolest cave washroom (select rooms) this was a first for us, value and friendliness of staff. The owner (Radha) is always there to welcome you with a smile. Location was smack dab in the middle of Sanur!. Large room, good bed, proper hot shower (the new rooms with a/c). Runned by friendly family in street full of shops and restaurants. 5 Minute walk to beach. Clean, good location in the centre, nice staff, AC and even a remote for room perfume! nice garden, souvenirs shop.

The room was nice, with a good bed. but the bathroom had no sink and was to small. Its in the centre of Sanur nice staff. The amount of coffee grind in the coffee for breakfast. Opt for the tea instead. Saw the cleaning lady use the same broom she swept the ground with to sweep the beds :( (but she was so friendly I didnt say a thing to break that wonderful smile :) ). No tv which should be standard and male owner wanted to bring me to Kuta for a far higher rate than local taxis charge. Sanur is mainly for older people, barely nightlife - if thats what you're looking for go to Kuta. not so easy to find (because of a small entrance) but it is on the main road. Toilet/bathroom was bit strange. It was like a cave. :D At night the music from near bar was bit disturbing, so take your earplugs with you. Nothing. Wifi was not accessible from the room. Cramped location, very close to main road, can be noisy. Low water pressure. Hot water didn't last very long, organised airport pick up but no one came to get us. The bath had no sink and it smelled bad. Tried to sell us an expensive trip to Ubud. Breakfast was little!. Strange bathroom with stalactites (I am not joking) and no water pressure for the shower - had to use a bucket. Noisy didnt clean our room and we stayed 4 nights. Bit far from the beach, 15 minutes is much with this heat.
