  The hotel have a great room. Very spacious, clean and modern. Attach to the mall, easy if you need something to buy or just want to do window shopping. All staff were very polite and excellent. - The staff were excellent and really helped us when my husband fell ill.

  The staff at Benteng Hotel are wonderful! They were friendly, helpful and generous during my stay, and made me feel very welcome. The location is perfect for Bukittinggi town and the view from the balcony is beautiful. My stay was excellent and I will be visiting again soon. - Nice design and value for budget hotel.
