Hotel is relatively quiet - no casino etc - (ground floor rooms at nearby Hotel 61 is located in the same floor as an A&W restaurant which is noisy in the afternoon; otherwise Hotel 61 is also an option to stay) and provides free wifi at the lob... what people say » by (strong signal and sufficiently speedy) - Nice location, close to fruit market and city. Lots of restaurants and markets around. Good Wifi. Indonesian Breakfast changing every day-little choice but ok. Good standart hotel for a fair price.

  All staff are very helpful, the room in clean, near to Masjid Raya Baitulrahman (about 10-15minutes walking), near to the famous 'must try' food stall in Banda Aceh; Mie Razali, Sate Matang - Surrounding area good and easily to get food.

  The facilities are basic but it's good value - the lovely owner is well travelled and speaks great English. He was extremely kind to me and very keen to show off his city and I would not have had as good a time had I not stayed here thanks to him. I have heard reports of Western travellers having problems being turned away at other hotels which a... what people say » re not keen to have business from foreign people, however, here it is the complete opposite and Fikri was very pleased to have me staying. - wonderfully friendly owner sharing local stories and helping with various travel-related matters. The city itself is humble but really amazing with friendly, hospitable people. Will visit again if I can.
