This hotel has the most friendlest staff that I have ever experienced in Bali. They become your friend and even remember your name when you walk past. Jon is a great asset for this hotel. Also the room is to die for, we had the delexe room overlooking the pool and it was well worth the money we paid. The staff all seem happy which reflects the atmosphere and quality. Would come back again.

Nice hotel with beautiful swimming pool and excelent bufet breakfast (omelete is highly recommended). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is good - just next to the beach. For the dinner I would recommend 3 warungs (beach direction). Everything was great! The rooms looked really nice, the bathroom looked even nicer. The pool view is amazing, you really feel like being in the nature and it is so quiet. The staff is very friendly and smiley and the service was extremely good. Very kindly people working at the hotel. You can trust them to organize your tour or your travel, because they make right and good price, they don't try to make higher price. I was disapointed with the Lovina as a city (no beaches for swimming), therefore it was important that this hotel presents nice place for our time, there have very nice swimming pool. The swimming pool only had 8 sun beds and only 4 look over the sun so you need to get up at 6am to ensure you get the best bed. By 8 they are all taken. However if you head to spice beach club you will be guaranteed a spot over the sun. There were a lot of mosquito's. It took very long to prepare the food we ordered. Don't go to Lovina for the beach. Wi fi didn't work in room. staff was a bit slow, but friendly. dinner,but they where very friendly and ask to change, and help.so next day we did'nt had to pay everything!very generous! beach,lots of intrusive sellers there!!!. Although a lot of staff seemed to be around, they always disappeared in the kitchen. 15min to order, 15min to open a bottle of coke, 30min for a dish... Booked on line and when we arrived, they charged us extra Rp100,000 for aircon and Tv. Tv was clearly stated in the room I booked but they didn't care. Then we settle in - turn on the tv and no English channels - not even one. I complain and they said "you paid for tv and you have tv." This is not a hotel for English speaking people - staff are complacent and not interested. Would never stay here again or recommend. letsbookhotel.com needs to look into this as you don't get what you booked.
