We had booked a pool view room. The lower rooms are already renewed, the top not yet. After seeing the top room we were a little dissapointed. The offered us a upgrade to another room. No pool view but an absolutely beautiful room!! Staff is friendly, nice swimming pool with pool bar and the location is perfect. The hotel itself is very quiet. 10 min walk from Legian beach. Overall pleasant stay.
all reviews » The manager was very friendly & helpful & so were all the staff, we had a great time there & my wife said we would stay there next time we go to bali . the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade like flat screen T.v's & it needs to put in dvd players & a lot better & more tv channels , most tv channels are in indoniesian & westerners can't understand them. The outstanding service by the staff and the Manager! Location fantastic, walking distance to shops, markets, restaurants, beach, nightlife but still tucked away on peaceful grounds away from all the noise. Highly recommend the poolside rooms, they open up onto the pool area. Location was great, just near Malasti Street for market shopping, lots of great restaurants and within walking distance to Poppies. Hotel was well maintained and so quiet once you entered the grounds. Great swim up bar & kiddies small play area. Location was great, friendly staff, went to relax and unwind and that's exactly what we did. Met some new friends from Australia. Breakfast was outstanding everyday. We will definitely be staying there again. Great value for money. Room servicing was wonderful, the staff who made up our room went the extra mile everyday and made us smile. Food at the attached restaurant and bar was exceptionally good. Great location, very nice staff/. Nice relaxing place to stay, not flashy but it felt comfortable and relaxing. We stayed a few days n went to another hotel on kuta beach but came back. It's easy, reasonable priced, comfortable and the staff are lovely. Stayed for 10 days with my young family very friendly staff great food and great massages it felt like a home away from home. value for money can't wait to go back !. The breakfast buffet was amazing for the price and the swim up bar at the pool was fun - with cocktail specials every day. Rooms were clean and security was good. the whole experience. The location was very central. i like the staff.. the services. First night I was booked into one of the rooms on the second floor, noisy, no hot water and the sun came through curtains that were barely there in the morning. Next day I upgraded to a room around the pool, 100% improvement, I had a bath for the baby, roomy and quiet. This hotel isn't going to win any awards for how it looks but it suited my needs and for the price no complaints. The breakfast was really good, best pancakes I have had in Bali and delicious omlette. Very good value for money. On the main drag, there are lots of spas and restaurants nearby. Its about a 10 min walk to the beach. They have a great pool and a pretty good breakfast. Bed was comfortable. the only real friendly person there was the man who cleaned my room he did a great job i would recomend him to other places. Great Location with balinese landscape. Walking distance to Kuta beach, ground zero. Many shops surounded. Location Balinese gardens I paid for a deluxe garden room nice and spacious king bed great!!!!. Close to most things Staff friendly, except breakfast crew. That my room was ready at 11.30am. Landscape. the staff were very helpful and friendly although I think more training with co ordination required, ie meals were not delivered to a table together with the orders and we had to wait a half an hour one night for our bill. Pool good and cocktail night wonderful. The rooms beside the pool where better. Nothing. Once ordered room service because of illness. This was disappointing, little food for a high price. We & a lot of other guests we spoke to moaned about the old TV's & channels & no dvd players , most hotels have these amenities I told the manager about this & he said they would look into it. Not much, would've liked a flat screen TV, but I didn't go to Bali to watch TV anyway. I believe some rooms had them and if this is important to you I guess you could request it. Nothing!. Had to wait 5 mins for hot water and bed was a bit hard. The music at the swim up bar was sometimes a bit loud as was the local music played most afternoons. Lovely but sometimes not so restful. The showers!. Getting harassed buy shop owners across the road to try a buy things but only when you step out the hotel premise. Sometimes there was no hot water for showers but it wasn't really needed!. nothing!. Breakfast at the hotel served almost the same food for the 3 days we stayed-needs variety. Nothing. Would request a room by the pool next visit at night when band playing could be a little loud in our room. That we had to move three times to get a room with air conditioning that worked and finding a safe that worked. Rooms could do with a freshen up paint wise and furnishings. Do not cater for diabetics shower in room not located right service charge for front bar was to high had to find people to book a massage by the pool should have details by the massage tables. As the hotel is situated on a main road it was a bit noisy at night. Pool was hard to get in and out of for an older person - need proper steps, not a ladder. Rooms around pool worn out a bit. It was a bit run down. i dont like the breakfast. there is no hot water to bath. The noisy band every night. The road that the hotel is on is a one way street and a little far down, but a pretty good location all up. The security guard at the front was extremely rude and I am not used to that in Bali, they are usually all so lovely. I had a massage at the hotel salon and it was terrible, the masseuse sniffed her way through the entire procedure and I gave up telling her it was too hard after the 5th time as she just didn't listen. With a bar out front with live bands, I found it quite loud late at night. For the price, nicer places can be found. On site services such as the spa & laundry are way overpriced…all hotels are like this. Better to walk 30 seconds down the street for those services. the staff were not as friendly as the other places i have stayed i think the breakfast was not the best i would not stay there again. Some equipments should be replaced by newest. Very run down. Extremely dirty bathroom I had to put bleach on the tiles everyday. Smell of mold through our room. Language barrier with the staff.. No real happy hour by 2 get one free where everywhere else is buy one and receive 2... Terrible water pressure in our rooms, couldn't shower most of the time Room was not particularly clean when we arrived. When I cheked in and they asked how long I intended to stay and I said just for the night. I was located in the backpacker tupe accomodation over the entrance to the hotel vegy noisy loud music glad I wasnt acyually sleeping the night as my room was intended fior somewhere to rest and shower for a few hours before my flight home.adide of that very budget after 5 star at nusa dua beach resort and spa. Front restaurant looks cheap. The location. Long way to sea and it is almost not possible to go by walk... people staying up partying in the pool til way past the 10pm close. Kept us awake, also mosquitos in the room when we asked staff to spray. You had to wait five minutes for hot water but once got it it was ok. The cold shower with no pressure. I had to shower in a friends room. The music was way too loud. I complaind 3 times in 4 days about the water and staff did nothing. I asked to change rooms and was told no. Rat running around in the dining area while eating dinner. Dinner was disgusting. Would like a refund.
