This resort is a fairytale! Absolutely magical! It is the best resort holiday experience I have ever had, and I did my fair share of touring great hotels around the world. Huge and magnificent gardens, breathtaking beachside swimming pools, fantastic beach at the doorstep, the loveliest and most helpful staff, good food and perfect proximity of the airport. all reviews » March 10th to 14th'2013 was a blissful period that we with our 2 adult daughters stayed at Jasa Patra. Booked thro' Hotels.com, cost per deluxe room was usd 95. Conveniently located, private beach(though not very clean), well kept property, cottage resort with lot of greenery which keeps privacy, very clean & comfortable rooms, staff which was always smiling & helpful. Breakfast was excellent, though my wife wud have liked some Indian veggie dishes. Front desk was extremely helpful. Fan. very big complex, feels like village. Two pools. Deluxe suite huge and comfy! Location right next to airport but you don't hear planes from room. Calm but within walking distance from busy kuta. Overall very good. The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and in good condition. There were very high waves in the ocean, but beach was protected, so high waves couldn't reach the beach. We only stayed for one night on our return trip to Perth. Next trip we will make it for a week and see a bit more of Kuta and surroundings. The good and nice service, the pool with bar, the large clean room, the magnificient garden, all kind personel, acces to the beach,. Extremely convenient if arriving late and wanting to grab some sleep before heading off to a further destination in Bali. Hotel is very close to the Airport. So close we thought ocean couldn't be clean enough to swim. The shower in our room was rather unsafe for a person with my disability. We had twin beds pushed together ... And they don't fit very well !. "Maestro" restaurant, not connected at all to hotel, but situated within the grounds. Worst meal and service I have ever experienced. Hotel should kick them out. erratic wifi. the food at the restauant was common, too many people to serve and not that special. so ordinary for high class hotel like patra jasa. Very expensive, large territory, it's not easy to find your room, hard to find taxi to kuta. Old, tired, dirty, easily the worst resort of the 12 that I have stayed at in Bali for various purposes. Fly ridden buffet, dark and dingy. Hairs in the bathroom. Uggh are really horrible place. Absolutely not a five star resort. Breakfast buffet always luke warm Staff not friendly Hotel does not have the ; Bali atmosphere _ rather cold and inpersonal. Very unhappy when the shower unit fell off the wall and onto my back. I called the front desk and they sent someone out to repair it. I was not asked at any stage if I was ok. The staff were quite rude and unfriendly.
