The staff were very nice. Superb location. Very close to Kuta beach,eating places,shopping areas. The room was comfortable. If the lighting were to be upgraded,the airconditioning serviced,the very old TV replaced, this place will much more appealing. However, as it is,staying here,is worth what we have paid for.It is cheap. I will be back. Very nice place! The owner is great and will help you with everything you need. My question, till when is breakfast. Answer, untill whenever you wake up! Best answer ever! Rooms very clean and tidy. We were lucky to get an upgrade so luxury weekend! Location is good, bit hidden. Easy to teach the beach and for going out.

It's cheap, clean, and tucked away inside an alley which gives a peace and quiet feel. Room is also surprisingly large. Very near kuta beach and kuta city, staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was old but clean. This hotel offers just the basic on an afordable and fair price. Do not expect anything beyond that. no nonsens, quiet, in the middle of town, near the beach and atm's. Unfortunately, we could give the best comment, as the room that we book was due to some problem no more available. The airconditioning could have been better and the very old TV. Nothing. Location hard to find (but just next to kfc), you have to cross some shops. Small rooms. Breakfast is basically omelette bred jam tea/coffee but free and at anytime :) thin walls between rooms so you can almost hear the others. The extremely minor thing is that the hotel is located inside the market, on the second floor, so there is not much of a view and while leaving/entering the hotel you'll be attacked by people selling useless crap (like shorts, flip-flops and shades). - no hot water. It is on the 2nd floor, on the first floor there are like 10 shops and 20 men who try to sell you anything every time you try to pass them. Lots of sellers nearby, but once they learn you are staying there they back off. The details in the furniture and the enterance is not so easy to see. Steps - only 10/12 but very steep with a suitcase :). -. A bit noisy at times. Running the gauntlet of shop owners every time going in or out. Quite old, no hot water and the mosquitos could be bothersome. You need to go through shops with annoying vendors before you can enter the hotel. There was a lot of noice. Hotel entrance is bizarre, you have to pass through a lot of informal commerce stores to get into its reception. schimmel im zimmer (ca. 3 qm durchgehend bedeckt). The family room that we received instead of the deluxe room booked was not really nice and cute for a romantic stay.
