The staff was very kind and could speak english very well. Shuttle arrangements were made with no much diffuculty, even though informed during late hours. The staff is very friendly. They bring you the breakfast in your room! You can also rent scooter directly there. 400m from the Kuta beach. staff were very friendly and helpful, room was basic but comfortable and good value for price paid.
