When we arrived, a friendly staff greeted us with a smile and offered fruit punch for both of us. Then he led us to the room and explained thoroughly all the facilities and how the room keys work. The fact that the price includes breakfast every morning is really great, the food was decent. Great deal for that rate. The swimming pool was conviniently located at the centre of the villa and at the side there is a bar which u can order drinks n food. Nice quiet place to spend some quality time wit.
all reviews » Room-The rooms are big with a comfortable bed. 1st day we take superior double room, it was so big and comfortable. 2nd day we decide to try another room one bedroom villa with private plunge pool. its also amazing.. its more privacy and peace. Foods-The food in the hotel restaurant is good. i was not feeling well on that day so i request porridge for my dinner meal from the hotel, although it sonly plain porridge but its still delicious hehehe. good job!! Staff- friendly staff and helpful Wifi. Staff was't friendly, was super friendly! Big thanks to Dewi from the receprion desk. Everybody was very polite and kind, made you feel very special. Welcome drink, umbrella in the room, which you can take away with you at any times, just fill in the special form at the reception. Shuttle bus can take you for free to the shopping center or Kuta beach. Breakfast is great, many dishes, warm and cold, sweets, fruits as well. Guys making omlets, guava, orange, pinaple juices also included. Really loved the pool, how clean our room was each day the cleaners did an amazing job daily. We stayed in the plunge pool room and it was beautiful and at first I didn't like the idea of the toilet and shower being outdoors till I used it and really loved it. Being so close to the pool and having an romantic time outdoors :) Would really recommend this room to all couples. BW is a beautiful hotel, stunning settings, the staff are super friendly and i would recommend it to all. Get the room with its own private plunge pool little luxury . BW is set back from where all the hustle and bustle is, but a short walk if you want it. Great breakfast . amazing hotel thank you x. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The pool was pristine and we enjoyed relaxing poolside after a day of shopping even though we had our own plunge pool. Location was only 1 Km from Water Bom Park and discovery shopping centre which was great. The staff are excellent and very courteous, nothing was a problem to them and they would do anything to assist you in any way . The food was excellent and the cost was very fair . I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali . The hotel is a pretty good one. Breakfast is great, pool is nice, we had the superior deluxe room which had amazing outdoor shower and your own little pool. The room is great...but watch out with the mosquitoes...spray under the bed and other hiding places. The room so big for 2 adult and 1 infant. We have 1 baby cot in the room as well. With balcony for smoking. The distance to kuta beach about 20- 25 mins walking distance. Taxi about idr20,000. I even hired a tour guide located infront of the hotel. I liked everything on this hotel, starting with free pick-up from airport, rich breakfast, big room with ac, free toiletries, outdoor shower, private pool was amazing, staff very friendly, when we left they helped us to print flight documents. This was our second stay with Best Western Kuta Villa and we intend on returning in October 2014. I think that said it all "we are in love with Best Western Kuta Villa" and would not stay anywhere else. Its like returning to see family. We enjoyed our stay, booked for last day of holiday as it was close to the airport and was not expensive. Everything was as expected, the staff were very friendly and professional. Pool area had a great atmosphere with poolside bar!. We were only enroute to another Villa and our stay was short but they were very firendly and obliging. Picked us up at the airport and settled us in with a cool drink and into our comfortable and cool one room villa. The personnel are extremely polite and courteous. The pool is great, nice and big for swimming. Villa has a small plunge pool which is nice for a private dip. External shower is interesting. Very comfortable bed. The staff are excellent and friendly and make you feel at home .. management are also easy accessable and will sit and talk to you .I dont think you could get better service and help at any other hotel in Bali. neat rooms, large bathtub, flatscreen tv, free minibar (although it was just refilled with a bar and two beverage cans), good breakfast, nice pool, extremely friendly staff, located near the airport. Although the usually check in time is around 2pm. I get earlier check in around 12am. Staff is very nice. I enjoy the cozy room and free mini bar. I like there and I think I will come back again. Be sure to shut all doors and windows. They sold out our room with the swimming pool, which should never happen in a 4*hotel. I was very disappointed, although we got a free diner as a compensation. So you can never be sure if the room you book will be actually waiting there for you. It turned out that the water in your privat pool is so cold, that it's not worth paying extra for. Only thing I hated was the mozzies. The staff where very helpful and gave us a mozzie repellent for our room that stopped the mozzies. Location was not the best. The step up to the bed could be tricky for older guests. Location is not too good. Take taxi or rent a bike. It was hard to find even the taxi driver. Hotel aircon was out of order, had to call fo to get it fixed. Last minute arrangement of baby cot even I have requested earlier. Big prices for island tour and airport drop off, compared with other available options. i donot like rain if i stay at Bali and always traffic jam. If you don´t like ar-conditioning, it´s tough because there is no window, but a big door. We felt a slight smell of sewer. The Villa rooms are a bit tight, but nice. There is nothing to dislike at Best Western Kuta Villa. the bathtub and the handshower have some glitches (leaks), the "all you can eat" bbq is kind of a deception package...you may eat as much as you side dishes as you like but when it comes to the "real stuff" it's limited, also there was a lot of food just for decoration purposes (but you just found out when you looked at the cards), renovation work so quite noisy (and until 10 pm in the evening), no elevator. Breakfast is limit of choice. We got into the hotel about 2am and as we paid upfront the staff only charged us 6 nights stay so upon check out we had to pay the extra night. There was no major issue but it was just an inconvenient staff error. I wish the pool was open even later (it closes at 10). The separator between bedroom and bathroom looks dirty. The location is not that great (30 min walking form Kuta Beach under a very hot sun with little shadow), but the hotel is worth it :). there is nothing special impression... Personally for us it was just a little far away from everything than what we are use to but for some other people this could be a positive. The massage/spa centre. The bed was very hard, the location was a little far from Kuta square. A little bit away from tourist areas at the start however after a few days it was a breath of fresh air to be a bit more within a local community. Mosquitoes in the villa, perhaps the villa could provide some insect repellent. Nothing to moan about maybe just take one the hotel business cards with you when you leave the hotel, so you can show the taxi driver on way back, as we found alot of them wasn't too sure and is little out from the main bars/shops. Noisy people late at night slow breakfast service, room deception on site booking, slow room service completely forgot our order one day. The aircond not cold enough..and very hot in the afternoon. Not much restaurants and shops in the closer area. A bit away from the beach. bathroom beside your bed so it can be wet everytime, aircon did not work when i come but the engineering fix it soon, breakfast not too much. * I booked through letsbookhotel.com and they take credit card details as assurance of payment to the hotel, although do not charge the card. I was told when I got there that the bill was already sorted. I then checked my credit card statement and they had already taken the money, without my permission really, as I may have wanted to pay a different way. If you can have a fan or air conditioning cafe/lobby would be better because it was hot and uncomfortable to be there for long. The mosquito but you can ask them for mosquito coil. slow wifi speed. Area around the hotel has little faciliteis but it's easy to get a taxi to Kartika of Kuta centre. Air conditioning need to be upgraded. Internet connection unstable. Breakfast had limited choices and chicken porridge was not good. Chicken tasted stale. Only one baby chair at the coffeehouse. Couldn't get chair for my baby. Location maybe bit far from the beach.
