I have been staying here for many years as in my opinion it is the best located of any for access to Jakarta and the airport. The staff is always very nice and helpful. Excellent location if you have to be in the SCBD or Senayan areas. Helpful staff, and the cost is not too bad for what you get. Very Friendly Staff and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. I would stay there again for sure.

The hotel is very near to Jakarta Convention Center, very useful for who has to attend exhibitions there. Quick check-in and check-out, attentive staff, excellent wifi. near shopping mall where there are lots of eatery. Close to shopping mall Senayan Plaza/City. Strategic location . Location is great. Location in CBD. I really cannot say that there is anything I do not like. The rooms are a bit noisy (can hear noise in hallways, other rooms). Not a terrible problem, but there is noise. Price is a bit high. Great place, but does not necessarily rate premium price they want. Gym needs to be updated, very small with old equipment. Walls were rather thin, can hear conservations from next door. The smoking room next to the restaurant -the smoke came through to the non-smoking section. Let's let the Atlet be 100% non-smoking. I would recommend to have the towels washed with fragrances as they smelled anti bacterial detergents....and smelled abit old. Not that towel is dirty..but just the smell. Asking for extended check out (most of flights to Europe leave around midnight), the hotel is asking to pay a full day fare. Many other hotels ask only 50% of that. Very poor TV reception, tea cup had lip stick mark, duvet cover needs cleaning. staff should have more training. not attentive. Old rooms not very well equipped high price compared to standard...you pay closeness to mall. Your welcoming reception..not warm enough I have to ask for welcoming drinks coupon.The reception staff initially did not want to give me by giving the reason that my room is only deluxe .This is unaccepatable.This is my second stay with your hotel .My suggestions to the management is that your front desks receptions staff to be retrained in hospitality .more courteous n friendly warm smiles in greeting. stay in executive room, but not executive at all. cannot close the curtain, they need to do deep cleaning in the entire hotel, hire good design interior to refurbish room. cannot stand the dust in the carpet in front of lift. overall, they have to improve the cleanliness in the hotel. Old hotel needing major renovation.
