The surrounding is beautiful. Peaceful nature, the calming sea, and a well maintained garden. Close enough to Candidasa to walk there, but probably better with scooter. This resort is somewhat 400 meters from the main road which is perfect as it makes it quiet. The restaurant offered delicious food. The terrace overlooks the sea and this is where you can have your breakfast as well. Choice of breakfast is American with omelet, boiled, fried or scrambled egg. All delicious. You can even take th.
all reviews » The hotel is right by the sea. The environment was very friendly, soothing and tranquil. I stayed most of the time in the hotel area, sunbathing, enjoying and relaxing by the pool. If you are sick of the pool, you can simply sit at your porch reading or just enjoying the scenery. The fierce waves bring the hotel some lively moments. You can have a magnificent sea view (sometimes with big waves) during your meals. The staff were very helpful, friendly with good attitude. I ate in the hotel's on. Amazing staff, mountains in backdrop ocean out front, well maintained for a Balinese place, excellent tasting food from restaurant at a very reasonable cost, poolside loungers were comfy and clean, spacious layout of hotel allowing for privacy. Lovely area. Exellent meeting up and service. Beautiful garden. Nice and clean pool from where you both can se and hear the waves in the sea. Wonderful evenings and early mornings. Quiet place. The view from the restaurant terrace, the very friendly staff and the setting of the resort, lotus restaurant in Candidasar a gem, as was yo glow, most retaurants were 3klm from the resort, resort restaurant was quite dissapointing but have eaten a lot worse. Very nice and clean place. Cozy bungalows. Unfortunately no beach there. Spa is excellent with professionally trained and lovely staff. Would have been nice to know earlier about taxis to the town. There are nothing I didn't like. Road to Candidasa center is very bed! There is no free shuttle-bus to Candidasa center, walk to city is dangerous. Beds were a little bit hard for me but bearable and the rooms are airconditioned but ceiling fans are needed to feel the air moving. Nothing. over priced food,swimming pool bit small. Bit of a walk to centre but also enjoyed being a bit away. Cannot swim in sea. Poor breakfast and expensive restaurant. services (taxi/scooter) are overpriced but you can organise that in the village. Location is a bit out of the village, so evenings you will be enjoying the good food here. Spa wasn't worth it. Our shower area could do with a resell as the old seal was becoming mouldy. My husband didn't like that he couldn't have the room cold as a meat locker. He likes an air conditioner to put out when he commands! A shock was the 2 hour ride to the hotel and big taxi bill. It would be nice if the hotel could offer transport for a good price to the resort and spa. Pillows, trying to find staff outside of regular meal times, not being able to walk to restaurants at night as the footpaths were non exsistent or in a bad state, so you had to take a taxi but they were so cheap overall nothing to really complain about. No beach food average to far from town and dangerous to walk as there is no continues footpath. Bathrooms outdated rooms carry acoustic ocean noise window blinds not working or broken. Rooms just a little tired . Bar and restaurant far too expensive. Far from the city, No beach.
