Friendly staff everywhere from reception, restaurent and spa, concierge staff are great, always there to assist and gives good suggestions to places of interest. They even remember my birthday and presented a delicious birthday cake at breakfast time in d cafe! Thanks :). Everything can be easily arranged fast and smooth. No hassle and service till the end eventhough you have checked-out. Especially staying at executive room. We'll be back soon for relaxation and shopping.
all reviews » Huge room, we booked 2 deluxe rooms with connecting door. The bathroom is very spacey. We love the view also as we were placed on 9th fl. we could see the train station. Very nice hotel, good selection of foods, friendly staffs, especially, many many thanks to Mr. Rudi of Concierge for his assistance. + Spacious room + The twin (queen sized) bed was excellent for family with young children + Good variety of (breakfast) food. big room, comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, outstanding breakfast, nice outdoor swimming pool. None. - No bathtub on standard room - The window (height) distance from the floor inside the room is a bit low, didn't feel quite safe for children running around. no free wifi. The breakfast was alrite but i have tasted better. Nothing. - no English newspaper - no slippers - limited food choices. Traffic jam. Unfree Wifi (no Wifi in the room). I dont like in hotel dont have any shop or salon cause i like a shop n salon for personal thing that i forgot to bring like naik clipper n want to wash my hair after shopping but dont have. Security must be tighten. Because your ID card for enter the room was usable in the lift or gate door to enter room corridor. I see one nanny use her sandals , in the water. A little no good food in breakfast. No water-spray in the toilet. Had to ask for stuff such as toothbrush, etc. none. No towels at the pool. Wifi is only available in their hotel lobby. Should consider having wifi in rooms as well. The facility (sauna/steam) was out of service. i dont like they charged me in us dollar and while im making the booking its say in rupiah. And the worst thing hilton used the currency too much, 10% different from the normal rate.
