Modern facilities in an area of mixed fortunes. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist - despite the language difficulties. Nice view of the city and harbour from my very reasonably priced room. ..Breakfast, location,staff..For less expensive beverages(beer and so on) in front of the hotel, they are selling it, and for a drink, go to Hotel Manise or hotel Mutiara.. service was good ,food prettygood,service like a massage was also good.The price of accomodation was o.k.

The bed's also comfortable and the staff were friendly. Economic price, modern design, local food for breakfast. Good location, comfortable room. the rate is ok The food is fair. The spacious bathroom. well equipped rooms. Cable tv. View and access close to central town. Location. Bintang more than twice as dear as elsewhere - not all that cold either. ..Price of beverage from the minibar and at the bar are too expensive.. 80.000 idr for a small can of Bintang !! they should better lower the price of beverage, so attracting guests to have their drinks and stay at the bar.. drinks at the bar were expensive,the refridgerater wasn't installed,the sink tap was loose.The t.v. channels had poor reception not all of them though.Communicating with the staff was sometimes difficult due to the language barrier although they were helpfull and friendly.and small things like the elavater being hard to use with the key card. Staff spoke limited English. Staff spoke minimum English. Lobby was air conditioned to the fridge level. The staff didn't responsive. We bring our luggage to our room. -The breakfast need some improvement. -The cleaning service accidentally throw away some of my camera accessories and glasses box. Room cleanliness need improvement. The breakfast's horrible, slow check in and the staff were always seems busy. I think Swiss-Belhotel Ambon should hire more staff. the waste in front of the hotel. AC not cold enough. Staff not helpfull, should be better trained Breakfeast was not ready at all at 5:45 as promised Long waiting time for check-out. They turn off hot water at 10PM. No WIFI in the room. Three time i m a guess, and three times also we got a trouble. First the key access to room then make me cant take a rest because cant entry to the room, second the shower bath have a trouble, the last the minibar dosnt available. Breakfast no good.
