The room was clean, and we could check out late (1pm). Because our flight was only on 1am in the morning, the staff offered a free locker for our luggage and gave us a room that night so we could take a quick shower and change clothes. I cancelled a "follow on" booking when I checked out, but the
communication between the check-out person and letsbookhotel.com was poor
resulting in hassle and out of pocket expenses. I expect better from
