This is a small, very well run hotel in a quiet area of Connaught Place. We would highly recommend it and would stay there again. Our room was small but well-equipped and very comfortable. Pick-up from New Delhi train station late in the evening was organized efficiently on short notice by Natasha. She also arranged a half-car to take us to old Delhi, at a very reasonable cost. We had a very late flight so we checked out at noon and then were given a different room for two hours in the evening .
all reviews » It was centrally located in Connaught Square, near shops, bars and restaurants, with an amazing view of the city from the restaurant/dining room. The staff were knowledgable about the area and helped us to find out way around the area. Breakfasts were lovely and hygeinically prepared and you could have as much (or as little) as you liked. We enjoyed our stay very much. Great little place in the Cannaught District. Wonderful restaurant that is very popular. Breakfast was great. The hotel arranged a car and driver from the airport and to explore Delhi (Tara Singh is a terrific choice if he is available.) They work through a travel agency whom was also helpful with other arrangements. Although a little bit expensive for a 3 star hotel in New Delhi, it had the luxuries of a 4 star hotel. The room was not that big but the furniture were all new and the design modern. The stuff was very helpfull and constantly brought complementary things (water, fruits, chocolates). The restaurant also was very good. The place is very convenient for shopping, dining, sightseeing. Food is good. Worth for the money. Staff are very accomodating. We were given complimentary dinner for a brief a/c malfunction - thank you! - :) And we get to check out very late as our flight was at past midnight. Would definitely recommend the place!. The location was fantastic in terms of being close to everything. The rooms were appropriately comfortable in their simplicity. The staff were highly courteous and customer focused. The restaurant was clean, the food was quality and fresh, particularly the chicken tikka. I would absolutely stay here again. Very central in Connaught Place, close to Metro. Breakfast was fine and I even had dinner in the restaurant a couple of times - tasty. I was single so the room wasn't too small, lots of English channels on TV, free bottled water. The hotel seemed like an oasis after the hustle and bustle of Delhi. the restaurant food and staff was excellent, I have a allergy with peppers which they changed certain dishes for me no mistakes in 4 nights of eating, rooms where kept spotless, staff where more then helpful regarding taxis etc, we also felt safe within the hotel. The room was modern and clean. Good A/C and wi-fi. Bathroom was clean and modern. Bed comfortable. Staff helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with cooked egg option. Restaurant in hotel was one of the best on our trip. Location was excellent. Good value!. One of the few times I was so sutisfied with a hotel. The bed was a little hard, but it was fine. You can hear outside traffic (horn gets used a lot in India), so I used earplugs when sleeping and then ok. Everything OK. outside was messy and first impressions was omg but out of the hotels control. tiny room during first night no view situation at front entrance. Nothing. Staff could have been a bit friendlier - seemed to be going through the motions a bit and were certainly not warm. Entrance area outside of the hotel is congested and messy due to city construction. They should be more up front that prices do not include tax. Surround is terrible and very loud. Street working at 5:00 am on Saturday... I would say it is overpriced. A bit noisy during the day, because of some construction going near ( and they start it early in the morning). The room is very small.
