I love this hotel. All the staffs are very helpfull.I checked out and was hanging around and they gave me a room near the kitchen to stay free ontill evening. The hotel has many tv channels that one gets confused as to what to watch.service was very good. The free airport pick ups and high speed of free internet service. Atms are around, I lost my charger but bought a new one close by. In short, I enjoyed my stay and I recomend Regale Enclave to all travellers.
all reviews » I was very happy with this hotel. Staff was friendly, room are clean and up to date. For me the location was perfect because I like to travel by local train. Station, Khar road is just around the corner. I have seen some other hotels in Mumbai in this price range and sometimes they are shockingly bad, but hotel is value for your money. The staff very helpful.They allowed a few hours early checking and check out which was very useful. Good place to stay for visit to US consulate and close to airport.Good food though a bit costly.pick up and drop done well for airport.You get auto very easily.good Wi-Fi . The hotel is in a great location and the service is excellent. From what I have experienced in Mumbai so far, you get a pretty good deal here. The room I had was really spacious and the window was large, something I found extremely relaxing. Hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly and obliging. locality is reasonably quiet since the hotel is away from the main busy traffic roads. Travel to other areas of Mumbai is very convenient. Very friendly staff; clean; nice little touches like a chocolate placed on the pillow every morning; excellent hot breakfast-eastern and western; great location for nearby restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly helpful and very lovely. I went there as I was feeling sick and needed to rest and relax for a couple of days and they did everything they could to help me get better!. The Regal is a good clean, functional hotel, nice little bar, with a great chatty bar man who loves to talk about English football. Rooms are comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. I loved the kindness of the staff. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant is having a complete menu with continental food aswell. It is very clean and well located. Very helpful and attentive service, nice room, great shower, lovely food including good choice at breakfast. I was a bit scared and lost when I got there and they picked me up from the airport, fed me, sorted out my bus ticket and took me to the bus stop the next day. Thank god for them. The facilities themselves were really nice, lovely shower and English TV. Food was excellent.Staff well committed. Gave shopping tips. Hotel was comfortable. Wi fi was very good. They should add more international foods like chinease noodles,boiled potatoes in their breakfast buffet. Nothing. The surrounding area very crowed and dirty. You can not walk around comfortably.So if you are not busy you will be bored staying in this place. Just a business hotel. Rooms are a bit cramped in space. They should not Fill up the table top with eatables and so much clutter. Very little i could say here bearing in mind that the hotel is a boutique hotel and compact, hence facilities are restricted if comparing with other hotels. Bit noisy as its near Khar market and the railway station although after the first day, we didn't notice it at all. The hotel is a little way out of town, so you'll need transport. -surroundings of the hotel was not very friendly to foreigners, we had to use tuktuk/taxi for any (even very short) transfer. Small elevator. Noisy surrounding. Window curtains are not of good quality does not covers windows completely its a single drape only which has to cover all the time due to no natural lights. I'm not sure where the location was but it was a bit gross. Cows and trash everywhere. Not somewhere I'd walk around by myself in. But I'm not a confident traveller. They transferred to another sister hotel, without informing us first for one night> After one night we were shifted again to this hotel. The other hotel executive was better. small restaurant for breakfast. had to share table. Lift was small like a small squeezed box.Unknown to rikhsha. Location is not good for seeing the sights mumbai its an hours drive to get there. The electrics were not good and blew up my adaptor plug which was very frustrating. Staff were good on the whole but simple requests like booking a taxi with them could be quite frustrating.
