Cleanliness, variety and quality of bufet food, prompt room service. Close to the airport. Good air conditioning. Staff quite friendly. Nothing. Front desk staff seemed overloaded with work. Most of the times, they rushed while talking and made me feel that I am somewhat unwanted in this hotel. Service was a bit hit and miss. It went from prompt and efficient to chaotic, and then back again.
