This hotel is excellent. We stayed for 3 nights in a room overlooking the swimming pool. The hotel has loads of character that is in places a little run down but this just adds to make the experience more interesting. We had a huge bedroom with seating area. Staff went out of their way to help you and the food was very good. Added to this there a peacocks roaming around which adds to the unique experience of staying at this hotel.

Very peaceful, and tranquility in the heart of the city. Go for an original experience of a heritage property which hades not been much disturbed by modern interiors. I like EVERYTHING about Naila!!!! That`s why I came back there and always will. This hotel is absolutely fantastic!! The stuff, facilities, design, food, peacocks walking around! It`s beautiful, clean, and pleasant. You can rest there, feel like Princess. What a place for Honeymoon!!!. The hotel has a homely feel to it. The staff are very professional. The place is clean and a haven from the busy city. We will come back it we have the opportunity!. Colonial décor. Dinner in hotel was best Indian we have tasted. Sipping drinks on the 'patio' in front of the hotel with peacocks strutting past. A classic, heritage, palace hotel, with a charming air of faded grandeur! Could have been the set for 'The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel'!. The magic 'colonial' atmosphere; the historical contest; the breakfast room (an ancient winter garden). I had a good sleep there. The bed and quilt are very comfortable. The atmosphere of the building and decoration is great :a large mansion which belonged to a minister of the rajah where everything has been kept as if the time had stopped fifty years ago. Quite quiet with a nice back garden and a beautiful small swimming pool. This place has some heritage value associated with it. Staff was very friendly and good hospitality. Hotel is inside the site and close to Hawa Mahal and other similar places. Lovely stylish room, communal area was "vintage style", staff very helpful. Peacocks in the grounds - fabulous (if noisy). The room has traditional furniture. It is distant from the road and quiet. There was one gentleman at the reception who was decent. The peacock in the compound. A little way out of town but not a problem as there are plenty of transport options. Whilst the peacocks were lovely the noise they made at 5am was not!. More choices in food menu.May be few continental dishes and salads to be added. Price of a bottle of local beer!. A bit out of the way. The breakfast can be more rich... The neighbourhood of this part of Jaipur is not fantastic. It is not a palace rather a House as all the local people also know it by the name of NAILA HOUSE only, rooms are very clean but the outer area and backyard lacks cleanliness, they need to improve a lot on breakfast side. Swimming pool seemed a bit mucky. The room is not so clean. There is no restaurant in the surroundings. Used to be a lovely place way, way back then, now falling litteraly apart. Dirty, smelly and depressing. Got such a belly bug powerfull enough to ruin the rest of our trip...Stay away!. Hardly a place to be recommended by u to anyone. Very badly kept place. Thorough unprofessionally managed. Sorry.
