I enjoyed stay here, only 2 nights. Not too far from railway station or city. The room and bathroom were very clean though my room was tiny. Wi-Fi connection was very good. The owner was nice and very helpful to gave me advices for some places I should visit. Thank you to Mrs. Manoj and her son. The room/rate/payment were all exactly as advertised. The owner's family/staff were helpful, friendly, and committed to making my stay enjoyable. The roof-top restaurant had good food and was a good value.

Behavior of Hotel Staff. homely food. hospitality. The boss and and the stuff were very nice and the room is clean, at least cleanner than the hotels that I stayed at New Delhi and Agra. Location is ok, not far from the city center. 100 rupees to the city center by tuk-tuk. Hot shower water is obtainable at any time and can last. It wasn's like the hotels in Delhi and Agra that only lasted for about 5-10 mins. You can at least finish a warm shower. Quiet hotel location. Big room and the rooftop restaurant was very nice. Staff was a little overbearing about writing them a review on travel sites. Hotels require repair, outdated equipment and furniture. It cost us Rs40 to get their from the prepaid autorickshaw stand at the train station, but when we wanted to leave for the bus station at 6am, they wanted to charge us Rs100. Perhaps try an arrange your own transport rather than have the hotel organize it. communication with waiters in English is difficult only artificial lights in room. Nothing bad. If I have to be picky, it took a long time between ordering food and receiving it. But it looks like it's like that everywhere in India, means they're actually preparing the food. Area around the hotel is not the best but tuktuks are cheap so not a major problem. Problems with hot water sometimes. The a/c was rather noisy, we were afraid of not to hear the alarm clock. room service should get encouraged. location is far from city center. dont have refrigerator. Do not have proper travel plan. in room dining service. The toilet was a bit stinky (I guess because of having the Indian style version also in the bathroom). The guy who carried one of our bags from reception to our room (about 10 steps), was asking for tip the whole time. We followed us if we wanted to go to the restaurant in order to be our waiter, again, and asking for tip and being pissed off if we didn't give him. Very annoying. Very loud room (you can hear every word of other guests) - needed earplugs; rather expensive; outworn furniture; not really clean; poor breakfast selection. Location/adress is very difficult for cab drivers. Please tag your advertisement board at railway station, airport, bus stand and so on. Food. The Staff is clingy, they will be behind you till you add a review about them on Booking .com or whatever site you have booked from & food at the restaurant is bad, i wouldn't suggest going there , there is pizza hut close by so we those that. it was noisy, not very clean, the staff were quite hostile. dirty, staff not good, bed without coversheets, 1 towel in double room (after asking), old. Poor housekeeping and staff were not cooperative. Service time consumed more. House keeping and room service was pathetic. Poor response to calls. Not clean.
