The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. None of them lingered around us for tips and were genuinely ready to render help (carry our bags, help my elderly father who came to visit, getting us an auto at 5am etc). We were very impressed with Somerset Greenways that we have already recommended the place to many friends and family. Car is readily available 24/7 for travel and is in good condition. Wifi access throughout the hotel, and good breakfast options. Great rooftop infinity pool, very functional gym with better than average machines. Rooms were very large and comfortable with excellent balconies. The staff were excellent. Very pleasing and ready to serve you at any point of time.Overall It was a very good experience.Specially the front desk is very cooperative. the apartment contemporary design, the view from the balcony was amazing. Cleanliness. The rooms were quite good and spacious. The cleanliness was sober. The staffs were helpful. We only have one complain- The breakfast was rather disappointing. We were there for 7 nights and had breakfast on 6 mornings. The menu was the same for all mornings and by the 3rd morning we got bored eating the same food. So it is important to vary the menu at least every alternative days. Next, the staff in the restaurant were not very friendly and we had to ask a few times before we got our coffee etc.. The bathroom fixtures could be improved - the sink faucet is too close to the edge and ends up wetting the slab, the shower doesn't switch easy. Clean towels were always provided much later in the evening instead of being provided with the housekeeping service in the afternoon. WIFI connection was the worst thing and their response to was unsatisfactory. Nothing. The rates of all room service food is on the higher side..I am suer ,if you cut down the prize by twenty pent served on all items...no apartment or any other star hotel can beat somerset...if you enact my suggestions immediately ..you can achieve 100 percent occupancy rate.. Room Service not good. They promise to feel the complimentary Basket every day but they donot keep the promise even for the complimentary water need to call severa ltimes. Foods are very expensive. 1. Breakfast spread and staff 2. Housekeeping standards (missing towels, no soap refill) 3. Appliance maintenance (Refrigerator faulty, Safe box faulty etc). The breakfast options were very less and very weird taste on some days. Continental options were very less, no variety and it was monotonous for me. I wonder who are staying there for longer period, it is soo difficult for them.
