We used the hotel whilst visiting the Hungarian Air Show. We werepicked up on arrival, transferred to/from the station next day (we usedthe train to get to Kecskemet). Day 3 they again transferred us toFerihegyi Station for our transfer into Budapest. All this for free -and with a smile!!!! What a service!!!! Also very comfortable beds andquiet location. The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble, it was a bonus that most of the staff spoke english.I was very pleased with my stay and would be happy to stay there again.
all reviews » This was a very clean hotel, convenient to the airport. We had dinner at the hotel; the food was good but not gourmet. CLean, close to the airport, free shuttle service, very early breakfast on request, quiet neighborhood.Room was clean, roomy, comfortable, well lit -- best value for money on our 30 day trip. In our bathroom, a tile was missing from the wall and there were obvious cracks in the sealer around the bath tub. This is a new hotel and they are not maintaining it. I wonder what it will be like in several years. Needs more signs to be able to find it from major roads.Restaurant was terribly expensive -- 40 Euros for soup and salad and glass of wine for two. The fact there was no elevator.It might have been good to have directions to the hotel since we used public transportation. Opening system for the door didnt work well. Sat Nav system could not locate it. It was a huge mistake to build a new hotel and not include an elevator--I simply can't understand why this was not done. The poor driver had tolug our heavy suitcases up the stairs. Even a ramp would help. But theyneed to remedy the situation and put in an elevator.No screens on the windows to keep out the mosquitoes and other insects; no shower curtain; no trash can in the bedroom area; no tissues. don't have hairdryer. Neighbourhood - very just the village. Shuttlebus didn't work very well because if you stay more than one day you need to take cab or walk over 3km to nearest bus stop because hotel carry only arrival and departure.No shower curtain over the bath - difficult to take a shower and not everybody likes taking a bath. Breakfast was rather modest. It was very difficult to find it going by car - not signposted well enough. No - everything was perfectly fine.Breakfast is pretty dismal!. There were no elevators??? hard for some with stair climbing challenges and to carry luggage to the room.no elevator, breakfast not much choice. This is a brand new hotel with many minor details that should be corrected before the open up for full operation. For example the air conditioning was not working properly, neither their wireless internet service.I would have liked breakfast (a buffet type) to be available from 06:00. No shuttle bus!!! I paid €15 for a 3 minute taxi trip........shocking!. one of the staff members at the desk was very rude. Location is near the airport but the area atound the hotel is not nice at all. Not easy to find. Breakfast can be better.for an airport hotel they should have more English (or other languages than Hungarian) TV channels . The bathroom was not 100% clean, at breakfast there was no choice and the butter was out of date, coffee was empty. safety deposit box, plain beds with no bedskirts.
