Housed in a restored, 300 year-old Baroque-style building, Hotel Wollner is located in a pedestrian area of Sopron's Old Town and offers free WiFi. Each room in the Hotel Wollner has an en-suite bathroom and features period furniture and rich fabrics. Breakfast is served in the elegant baroque-style restaurant. Drinks can be enjoyed in the wine cellar and at the bar. On request, meals are available for groups. On the first floor of the hotel an exit leads to the remains of a fortress from the Roman age, which today features a wonderful garden. Here you can also see a part of the medieval city wall. Private parking is possible next to the hotel at an additional cost. Motorbikes and bikes can be parked for free in the courtyard.

The ambiance, the hotel was obviously renovated with love and attention to detail. There are many family heirlooms around the facility and the owner is very proud, and despite the language barrier, was eager to communicate with us the history of the facility. the atmosphere, the outlook of the building, the furniture and style inside and outside, colours of the room, cleanliness, owners helped a lot about city programs and ideas.

Guests coming with a car can enter the pedestrian zone through an entry system; parking is available 150 metres away from the hotel in the city garage. Please note that the restaurant is only available for breakfast services. Other meals in the restaurant and the wine cellar are only available for groups, upon request.
