The modern Town Hall Apartments are only a 5-minute walk from the Opera and the Deák Ferenc Square metro stop. All apartments have a large terrace and offer free WiFi. Each Town Hall Apartment has king-size beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided on arrival. all reviews » As it only 2 yrs old, the apartment is in excellent condition. It was spotlessly clean. The balcony was a good size and looked out over the central courtyard. Within 30 mtrs of the apartment are two great restaurants, and it is well placed for the city centre attractions. It also only 5mins from Deak Ferenc Ter where all the Metro's connect. Recommend it.A centrally located hotel (but in a quieter street), modern and tastefullyappointed. We were not sure what to expect, at this city, and werepleasantly suprised at what a beautiful and interesting place it was.Great galleries and museums and stuff to see, excellent transport system.I certainly would like to holiday longer there next time. The apartment was great and looked just as it does in the photos. In a perfect location which means no need to use public transport. Reservations manager is friendly and helpful. But watch if you are givenchange at a restraunt / bar that the notes have the "1/4' magneticstrip", this is the new money, which Looks the same, in a dark bar ,etc, as the "old" notes that have no strip and are worthless.The only tiny minus would be the towels. Air conditioning should be included in rate. only the pillows are too thin, otherwise the apartment is excellent!. the internet connection was poor. No remarks. Nothing to complain about really, but the design of the apartment block means that noises from other apartments are easily heard by everyone.One of the bedsheets was dirty, but was quickly replaced when mentioned. A couple of the electrical outlets was not working all the time, but went on and off randomly. Otherwise no problems. As it's an apartment, no daily cleaning service.I would have liked to have access to the internet, even not for free. View not so good. The rate was quoted in euros but credit card payments are in local currency and the conversion rate was taken as the rate at the time of booking, rather than the date of payment, ie a 25% increase in cost. A compromise rate was reached. I would have preferred a double bed with double bed covers, single covers weren't great for a couple!. Not enough power points. Couch was a fold out bed so not very comfy to sit on normally. Room was a little cold at night despite the heating, but this was not really a problem, but if I have to think about something negative. Jacuzzi didn't work. Bathroom temperature was very very high, maybe around 40 C.Downstairs door to Kiraly útca didn't work properly.These things did not make my stay difficult and did not give a negative impression. As you can see from my reviews, it is positive.the bed was hard. -Towels were not in good quality, one of them was torn. -When we arrived at the main entrance of the apartment, we had to make a telephone call (by mobile phone via roaming!) to contact with staff. It would be better and easier for guests to provide the room number of the office to contact by doorphone. the restaurant downstairs was expensive for the kind of food they offered. This is not really a hotel, i.e. there is no reception as such and so on. Though if you need no help at all and make sure someone is really there when you will check-in and check-out I guess it's ok.The sprung mattress of the Junior Apartment. They rent a nice apartmentwith a good equipment and clean.....and they have the worst sprungmattress from ikea!!! When sleeping well is the most importantthing!!!!! You could not sleep!!! It was something awful!!!.

There is a 24-hour security service. Our office is located in the same building, open 14 hours a day and we speak English, German, French, Hungarian and Romanian.

You can also store your luggage in our office in case of a late check out. Next to the building there is a children's playground.

Air conditioning in the apartments is available at an additional cost.

Please note that cash payment is possible both in EUR, GBP, USD or HUF, and that the conversion is made at the foreign currency selling rate. A late check in after 24:00 is available only at an additional cost. Holmes Place Fitness Centre is located a 2-minute walk away. Please schedule the fitness hours upon your arrival with the reception staff. Maximum height of vehicles in the underground garage is 2.1 metres. Please inform Town Hall Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time.
