staff is young,fun and extremely helpful in just about anything...hotel is very new,modern,easy to get around inside,location is the best,right in the center of everything,even walking distance...restaurant is very hip,food is gourmet at affordable prices...there is even a garage in the basement and the rooms have balconies,which is usually rare in budapest hotels that are in the city center.
all reviews » What I liked during my stay at the Queen's Court Hotel and Residence was great location because you can go everywhere by foot.However it has underground garage which was very useful.Silver suite where we stayed had a lot of comfort and it was tidied. Facilities includes sauna, indoor swimming pool and jacuzi.These can make you relaxed after long-hour walks.I strongly recommend this hotel.The staff members I spoke to were extremely friendly and would go out of the way to provide any assistance I needed during my stay there. The rooms were furnished quite nicely and I really enjoyed having the kitchenette to use whenever I wanted. I also really enjoyed the fitness room and the fact that it opened at 0600 hours (I'm an early riser and have had problems in the past). The hotel overall was superb and represented excellent value for money. For 204 euros we had a silver suite, wine and chocolates on arrival, use of the spa (very small but had it all to ourselves!), beautiful 3 course dinner in the retaurant and full breakfast. The staff were also excellent. Far better value and nicer than the Marriot where we stayed the previous 2 nights.Very good location: A few minutes walk to the metro and the tram, 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Andrassy Ut. where all brand stores, lovely cafes and restaurant are on, the Hungarian Opera House as well. Comfortable suits with all you need from an apartment. Every thing was at the high level But the buffet breakfast was dissappointed. and not have a rich menu like that which is expected in hotels in this grade.the room's beds seem not very big. I can not find. I did not want to go out for sightseeing.no. sauna a bit too dry :-). You have to pay for tv, breakfast is not included and very expensive, a little noisy. all for me it is nice , no negatif point. The shower could have been better. The water from the shower was notforceful enough. The airconditioning in the bedroom was very loud even when turned off. Also the bed was not a king or queen as stated in the room information.one evening at 10pm there was no water at the gym room but no big deal, the matress was a bit soft for those who like it firm. The hotel rate is 5 stars, but, we believe than in fact this hotel islooking more as a 41/2 hotel. The service is great but not as a 5 starshotels. For example, there is no concierge. Moreover, there is no valetand the parking is pretty hard to find for a tourism that doesn't knowwhere to leave his car. There is no drop off parking. If we didn't get a50% discount we probably be angry ...pool and spa schedule during the weekend until 8pm. Too large windows make rooms cold in winter.A five stars hotel should replace the amenities every day, and give enough of them for two people. The restaurant service. The fact that the television and the internet were available only if paid. we had to pay for the breakfast too. more a businessman stay then a tourist place, english will be the first language and this place could be anywhere. not exactly a specific hungarian experience. no internet conection even with the help of hotel's staf.

- You will enter Budapest on Road 2A ('Váci út').
- Continue to follow the road and turn left at 'Dózsa György út'.
- Proceed until you reach 'Hősök Tere' and turn right.

- Turn left at 'Nagymezö Utca', proceeding onto Csányi utca.
- Turn left at Dob Utca, where the hotel is situated.

From Gödöllõ from the East:
- You will enter Budapest on the M3 highway.
- Follow signs for 'Hősök Tere', and follow directions outlined above.

From Dunaújváros from the South / Székesfehérvár and from the West:
- You will enter Budapest either on Road 6 (from the South) or the M7 (from the West).
- Follow signs for 'Centrum' and take the 'Kosztolányi Dezső tér'.
- Turn left and go straight ahead in the direction of 'Szabadság híd' (liberty bridge).
- Cross the bridge and go along 'Vámház körút'.
- Continue on 'Múzeum körút' and cross the 'Astoria' square.
- Turn right at Dob Utca, where the hotel is situated.

From the Airport by car:
- From Budapest Airport you should take the high-speed road towards 'Centrum' before switching to 'Üllői út'.
- Continue straight until you reach 'Kálvin tér' and continue onto 'Múzeum körút'.
- Cross the 'Astoria' square.
- Turn right at Dob utca, where the hotel is situated.

From Budapest Airport (20 km) by public transport:
- Take the number 200 bus to 'Köbánya Kispest'.
- Take the M3 metro for 7 stops until you reach 'Ferenc Körút'.
- Catch tram number 4, 5 or 6 for 4 stops until you reach 'Wesselényi utca'.
- Dob utca runs parallel, to the north.
