This is a superbly located and nicely presented hotel. Very spacious rooms. Very warm and cosy in the Winter. Only 10 minutes from Keleti Station too...It is only 5 minutes from the Opera and its Metro and is surrounded by nice restaurants of all types both cheap and middle price range...all delicious. The staff do every to help make your stay memorable. The hotel is already nicely appointed and brightly lit, and they doing rennovatoins to make it even more attractive including a spectacular .
all reviews » The room was perfect! I was surprised. It was new, big, clean and comfortable. There was a desk, wardrobe, chairs, TV, mini fridge, nice and big bathroom and nice big bed. Nice location, near the opera, in two stations you can be near the Déak Ferenc Square stop. There are bars, mini market, church and expensive and famous stores near. staff was very friendly and helpful- one room had poor internet service - however they put me in another room as quickly as they could; location was perfect - close to restaurants and squares I would stay there again. Set very close to lovely restaurants, bars etc metro and other transport very close too. Great place, many thanks !!!!. Perfect location. Big and comfortable rooms. Clean. Very cheap. Helpful staff. As a pansion/hostel located in the heart of Budapest, next to Andrassy blvd, shortly renovated and clean it's a good bargain. The breakfast is well-prepared in a nearby bistro. The service is quite strange as they don't spek English. The parking is in the yard. the location is perfect. The staff DOES speak english , no idea where the scary reviews come from. 3 guys changed in 2 days and all speak pretty ok english. The location was really good, staff was friendly. The room was clean. close to the city center and metro station. Location. Location is ok. Nothing really... The breakfast that you can buy (optional) is not in the hostel. Not a negative point though. The staff of the cafeteria was really nice as well and it is near. You have to leave your room key at the desk when you leave the room. Feel safer having my room key always with me. You can clearly hear the noise coming from a near discotec at night. Breakfast in another building, 150 metres to go. the elevator seems to be from the cold war. The area outside /before rooms did not do the place justice. Airport Transfer: the taxi driver wanted me to pay for the fare, which i have already paid for the hotel. found hair in the folded towel.. if ur room is facing the yard, its kind of uncomfortable seeing other windows just few meters away from yours.. The room was too cold because only 10% of heating radiator was working. Outside temperature almost minus. I asked them to fix problem but unfortunately reception guy couldn't speak English only two sentences " I don't know and I don't understand". Second night heating system was completely off. We hardly stayed two nights. No shampoo and no soaps. an elevator. very poor internet connection, no safe. Internet connection is poor Loud noise before 8:00 am No cleaning service. Really terrible room. Ugly building. Dirty. thought i had pay for accomadation ..this will be on your records.,,had to pay 40euro,,then iwas given,bon-voucher ,for breakfast,,at cafe gold kavezo,,,which said it is not open saterday ..sunday..will be interested ,,re your view about this..hoping the rest of my booking's are better..brian.
