The location of the hotel was excellent just five minutes walk fro the paliament building ten minutes to the railway station and in the other direction 15 minutes to the main shopping street and the danube. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and friendly and the rooms and public areas spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice on offer . Good breakfast. Service was excellent. Hotel is clean and well equipped. And the location is good.

It is a city hotel and as always, noise from the street is noticable.One disappointing thing was that at breakfast, none of the cold meats and cheeses were covered up and consequently had flies landing on them, an easy thing to rectify. bathroom's door is nice and elegant but it's like not having it and doesn't allow any privacy: replace it!! some people had to wait because the breakfast room is not enought big.Too warm in the rooms!. Only one chair for 2 people in the room. was disappointed jacuzzi was being refurbished so out of action. internet did not work all the time. no view. Very low Internet connection in the room where I stayed. There was no Russian TV channels in hotel what seems to be very strange.poor english tv channels in the room . when we stayed in our room we were bored listening to sky news and CNN news. The beds were not very comfortable.the mattress was hard and not very comfortable. Internet was very slow, so much that we stopped using it. The bed was VERY uncomfortable, it was far too hard and unsuitable for variety of people staying here. We were stiff as boards each morning and didn't rest well at night as a result of the uncomfortable bed.The size of my room, the temperature in my room (difficult to regulate). room seems to be more of a good 3stars than of a 4stars hotel. slippery floor in wellnes room (next to jacuzi). I´m note sure, but i guess they do not have room service. I looked for it, for a late sandwich, but i was not able to find anything.Slow internet connection. there were some flies in the breakfast room. the hot water from the machine was not really hot, as a result cups of tea were not really enjoyable. Our room was very hot and in the end we switched the heating off although an engineer was meant to have fixed it.Dressing room on Wellnes room was not good. Too small and not enough privacy. parking has too narrow curves. The hotel does not offer room service. room is too small. I did not appreciate the (although fancy) glass door with gaps around it leading to the bathroom. Also, for a 4-star hotel, I would expect the staff to be trained-in thoroughly before they are put in service so that it does not hold up the guests.
