All exactly like on the fotos. Free parking has only 8 spots, there is a garage which costs 8EUR/night, however you can pay only for those nights actually spent in garage, if you get a free place for other nights. Some difficulties with English while communicating with receptionist, actually is hard to communicate English in Hungary in general. It was clean and friendly. The food was good, the staff were considerate and unobtrusive. Excellent value for money overall. The location is convenient (on a ring-road, on a tram-route that links to two of the metro lines). Anyone who's in the city for an MTK or Ferencvaros game will find it VERY convenient.
all reviews » At the time we arrived (13.45) we were told that the apartment won't be ready for another hour or so. The stuff managed to solve the problems and be ready in 20 minutes, though. They even gave some small presents to my twin daughters. This gesture surprised me and made all my anger to disappear. Nice location for those who come to attend event at Hungary Expo - 5 mins drive by car. Dogs friendly. Parking outside is free but limited to 15 slots, garage in basement is 7 Euro/day. Small shop is 150 m away, McDonalds is 5 mins walk to the left side. Good alternative for 10 Euros breakfast. Achat was great. It was positioned close enough to reach the centre by metro (metro stop 10minute walk or catch a tram straight there) yet far enough away for us to be able to park our car. Very clean hotel. Staff (particularly the girl at the front desk) were very helpful. Staff friendly and english speaking. Free wifi in the room. Excellent breakfast. Excellent value for money. The room was clean, quiet and modern furniture. Free parking (although limited no of spots). You can leave your car by the hotel and use taxi or public transport to see the city. The tram stop is just by the hotel and you can buy the tickets in the reception. The location is convenient, but it is also anonymous, a little rough in fact, and gives no sense of the beauties of Budapest. It is a bit noisy if you open the window in the room. Limited tv channels selection. Look out when you exit from hotel, it is directly to bicycle path - be careful! If you come as a tourist for downtown - location is not good enough. When we rang at 9pm to get dinner room service they said they were too busy and could we please come down to the restaurant instead. Because we were in our pyjamas I declined. They eventually changed their minds but seemed annoyed with us. Location is a little bit far from the city center. nothing. that i had not more time to stay longer in this very good hotel!. Noise during early morning hours. The rails for the trams outside needs an upgrade :-). Breakfast (if you don't have it included in the room price) is a little too expensive €10/person. Hotel is taking deposit from your card, it is not a subject for unblock but if you have limited value on your card, be prepared!. The location, is definitely not the best since public transport stops running around 23.00. The cleaning ladies were entering the room without knocking, even if the card 'Please do not disturb' was on the doorknob. 1. Noisy room despite noice insulation. (I had window in direction towards street) 2. Expensive breakfast. Position near the main road-very noisy if you have the room on the street side. I cannot think of a thing that I won't like. Loacation is couple of miles out of town but near public transport. The hotel is a bit far from the city center. None. Too far out of the city centre! But good links to trams. The hotel is located on a busy road with a tramway and has regular (basic) windows. So, it is not really soudnproof, as they claim. Those guests who are noise sensitive may sleep not very well... They charged/ booked my credit card of 5000 HUF in advance if maybe we would consume from the minibar.. Noisy. Last time we got much better room. staff was kind but a little bit slow. Tax on double bed. Nothing. I didn't like that the pets are not aloud on the restaurant. -Smell in the bathroom. warranty. for what?.
