finally a good hotel in Haiti. (1)complimentary shuttle service (2)courtesy of bellman/driver. The staff was very courteous and the hotel was super clean . (1)suspension of water supply at night (2)staff's ignorance about Port-au-Prince (3)lack of local gift-shop. Price is exorbitant.This hotel cannot be labeled as five star ,although it is beautiful , No dresser and a coffee maker were in my room .Breakfast is pricy and the servings allotted were mediocre at best.
