  Makis Place was a great find. It's a family-run place. They are very friendly and accommodating. Our mid-morning arrival was not a problem. When we left we were going to walk to Nee Port - they were very willing to drive us in the vanThey always greeted you with a smile. Rooms were clean and accommodating. There was also a bar available. The pool wa - First we liked the surprise of going around the corner, seeing Makis Place the first time and being delighted with how charming and lovely the hotel is. It's 10 walking to a fine beach and the pool charms you into staying there. The family staff members are all, yes, all delightful as well. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the owner Vasilis and Tania.   The staff is pleasant and serviciable, we were received by Felisia and her uncles Artemis and Ana who are always ready to help you with a smile.   Our studio, well-cleaned, comfortable and spacious, was in a cluster group with garden and view of the sea, New Port (10min walk to ships) and Mykonos Town. The room was lovely and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. Great shower, comfortable bed, air conditioner and good wifi signal. We had a great time, I fully recomm - This hotel has an amazing view over the port and the sea and you can watch beautiful sunset. As we were leaving from the new port next day, the location was perfect. Staff and hospitality is amazing. Dimitris picked us up day before, and dropped us of at 7:30 am at the port. Prepared delicious breakfast at 7am in the morning. The rooms are very nice, clean and beautiful. We loved everything about the hotel.

  The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, relaxed and obliging. They did not try to sell us their breakfast or refreshments. They explained where we could get food, drink, meals elsewhere. They collected us from the port and took us to the airport and even offered to run us into the centre for the evening.   from arrival at hotel till we check out , we where made to feel very much at home. the staff where very nice and friendly the service was first class, and the room was excellent great views and lovely pool area. we will be returning to this hotel next year. - Excellent service,very kind persons,very clean rooms, very nice place
