Loved our stay at Villa Orsa in old town Skiathos - 5 - 10 minutes walk from the ferry and street tavernas. The staff were extremely friendly and helpfull giving tips on what to do during our stay. Lovely breakfast with a great view on th sea. We had to leave early the last day, so the lovely lady at reception even organized for us to have an early breakfast. Thanks for a lovely time. The place is fantastic, we enjoyed the staff, it felt like visiting a close relative, kind, helpfull, allways with smile on face. Beside the warmth of the staff the place is located in a very romantic side of the old town Skyathos, far away from the center noise.
all reviews » Overall a great reception, staff are very helpful, the rooms are very grand, clean with fantastic views across the bay. They will also help with your bags as there are several steps up to the hotel which is situated in the old town. Amazing view from our balcony, very friendly staff and ideal location 2 minutes by foot from the city center and harbor and also from the places beach. Nice breakfast in a beautiful balcony with sea view!. there was nothing to dislike at this hotel everything was lovely from the staff to Orsa herself the view from the balcony was stunning the rooms very clean a beautiful place and we would stay anytime. Friendly staff-small hotel-on edge of cliff- free upgrade to room with balcony-peaceful and quiet location in centre of old town-in car-free road, so young lad carries luggage. lovely staff very helpful with transporting bags as there are many steps, short walk to waterfront restaurants etc, balcony room had great view and was spacious. A bit expensive for the quality of the room. We have not got anything negative to say. Trip from port up stairs with kids and bags. Suggest a simple warning and offer of paid help when needed. the steps leading up to the hotel and down to the town. not suitable for older travellers. Have to [ark the car quite far then walk to the hotel - quite uncomfortable when carrying luggage.
