Everything!all the staff,particularly Penelope,Maria,Demetrius,but a special mention about the manager Theo.....he runs the hotel professionally,with a caring personal touch.I had a bad back at the time of my visit,he found me a physio,took me there,and collected me afterwards!the hotel is an oasis of calm,but close to all tavernas and shops.our room overlooked the pool and the sea,and a wonderful view of the monastery.Despite my back problem,we had a wonderful holiday,rarely do we repeat a tr.
all reviews » The Hotel has very friendly, excellent staff and management. You may watch nice view of the bay from your bed in the room. Balconies are full of nice flowers. Excellent combination of green and blue.The location is perfect. No need any vehicle from seaport to hotel. Just walked with two big luggages in two minutes. Also by a short walk in one direction excellent Greek dining choices. Hotel well located in the centre of Skala with superb views of the beautiful harbour & bay. Friendly staff. Very clean. Good value. perfect, I liked everything. Nothing. Hidden extra charges. As there was no safe in the room, we asked to use safe at reception desk. After check out, we were issued with an unexpected charge of 16 euros for 4 days use. When we protested, charge was dropped to 6 euros. We were asked to pay in cash, which we did. We thought this was a free service and found the procedure a bit dodgy. No mattress protector on bed. Unhygienic!. The breakfast was a disappointment-watery juice, watery coffee, unlike all the other places we visited where we thought the coffee was excellent.Many things are forgiven when there is good coffee. We encountered no problems. Hard to think of anything. a little bit expensive. Pillows could be better. nothing at all.
