Fabulous Stay!!! Much Better than 5 star Hotels in Mykonos and Santorini. I had such a wonderful stay here I found myself rating every hotel based upon my experience here. The Room décor was – very cool, very modern and very clean (flat screen tv, cool clear table/chair sitting area and I had 2 private decks). Best Value of my entire Greek stay!!! The Family was warm caring and they really pay attention to details. The garden is so relaxing and I could not resist eating the grapes hanging over .

My room - 26 - on first floor had spacious balcony overlooking road as well as sitting area facing into courtyard. Family-run business where everyone is involved; extremely friendly, welcoming and would recommend it highly as an excellent B&B option within easy walking of Parikia centre or of beaches. Str. The family who run Eleni rooms are incredibly friendly, hospitable and kind. They take such pride in their work and this is obvious from the moment Eleni greets you at the port to take you back to your room. The rooms are clean and most have balconies with your own seating area. The breakfast is delicious and is made up of local produce and recipes. Eleni rooms are a short walk from the beach and there are facilities within walking distance, such as self service laundry and supermarket. We love. Eleni was a fantastic host, she communicated with me via email prior to our arrival and picked us up from the port and dropped us off. She directed us on where to go (beach, restaurants, shopping etc). Her garden is beautiful. The rooms were good in terms of what we paid it was what we expected as we were only staying one night. We wished we would have stayed in Paros alot longer than one day. Livadia beach is a beautiful beach just 2 min walk from her hotel and Filoxenia restaurant staff were . Eleni has created a beautiful courtyard with modern smart clean rooms surrounding it. It's family run, and soon you feel welcomed as if you were a visiting cousin. The attention to small details is good - free wifi! And if it's not provided Eleni is often able to help out. Very well priced, and good value, the rooms are positioned on a street just metres away from the main beach in Paroika. We loved Eleni Rooms! We arrived around 10:30pm off the ferry and were greeted by Eleni who was so sweet. Our room was perfect, with a view to Eleni's beautiful garden, close to the beach and restaurants, excellent breakfast with homemade grape marmalade... Delicious! Eleni and her family made our experience wonderful. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Parikia. Eleni and her family were all very sincere and welcoming during my entire stay. The accomodations are unique and quite picturesque. No detail has been missed when exploring the property and you'll wanna take alot of pics! I enjoyed every moment in Paros and would highly recommend Eleni's Rooms as i will definitely be a return guest. The room was excelent (delux room) the best room we had this summer. The staff was very accommodating and recommend places to go. Each day the clean and they held the garden and hotel very properly. It is very close to the beach, its a quit place and close to the center of city Paros. We will recommend this hotel :-). Great hosts very friendly. The lady that did the cleaning was fantastic.great room. Great location Very nice atmosphere Lovely hoste family. Nice breakfast in well tended courtyard garden. Everything was nice and freandly. Breakfast was simple with lovely fresh bread (which I enjoyed), butter, jam, and fruit juice, nescafe. I would have liked to have the option of real coffee and fresh orange juice, yoghurt for breakfast - at an additional cost. Perhaps this was an option but it wasn't offered or made clear. Everything else just as I would have wanted. Breakfast could have been better. Coffee was cold and only bread was served with butter and marmalade. My only gripe was the mattresses were very hard. Breakfast consists of cake and bread, but is optional.
