We enjoyed our stay at Portobello Boutique Hotel tremendously. It is a classy hotel with a very contemporary feel, nestled a little away from the main town of Mykonos, barely 5 mins away from the quaint shops and little alleys. Although the room was a little tight, we appreciated how comfortable and cosy it was. The amenities provided were a boon...I particularly loved the quality bath and body supplies provided. Towels were nice and fluffy too! Breakfast was a good spread, complete with a beau.

The hotel was perched beautifully above the majority of the other accommodation options - and as a result we had the perfect postcard outlook when on the balcony or looking out of our window - white and blue buildings and the rising / setting sun on the sea. Staff attended to our every need, and were very friendly and helpful with our special requests for information. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous , and I always made sure that I had e. I enjoyed my stay at Porto Bello. The hotel is beautifull. Our room was modern and very comftorable. Great bathroom and bed. Great location-2 min walk down the steps into the center of town, while still having views of the sea. The staff was great! Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help. Also, they have a really good breakfast. Loved the cappucino they made for me each morning. Also, when I mentioned that I would like low fat milk in my cereal, they went to the store and had . Beautiful hotel and excellent location. We had a standard room without balcony but this was ok because there are several tables and chairs outside the breakfast area with great views. The location was perfect for our 2-days stay in Mykonos town. We could easily walk into the city and back several times a day because it only took us about 5 minutes. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of choices and everything was fresh (and some things even home-made). We loved the hotel and will for sure come b. Everything! Just the perfect place to be in Mykonos. Marvellous view, 2 minutes walk from the city center, perfect accommodation (we were in the villa with private pool), rich breakfast. But what impresses the most is the friendliness of the staff: Ana and Helen were simply superbe. This small hotel is worth 5 stars! If you are planning to go to Mykonos, this is the place to stay! Sacha, Enzo, Marcel, Richi and Sandra. What a lovely Hotel. The staff were excellent. They not only organized tours but gave us a brief history of the island and its traditions. We were supposed to have stayed for 3 nights and extended it to 5 nights. We are going to miss Eleni's pitas and fresh produce served for breakfast. Thank you Anna, Anna, Eleni and Panos for making our stay so memorable. You truly made us feel special. The location was great, good views and a short walk down into town. Also, the breakfast was amazing, the woman who cooked it came out and cleared our plates and couldn't have been sweeter. It was one of my favorite meals in Greece- eating a delicious breakfast overlooking Mykonos harbor and the windmills. Also, they had free wi-fi which was a nice perk. We stayed in one of the standart rooms with no balcony but i can say that you do not feel the lack of it since there is a very nice breakfast room with an amazing marina view. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful during our visit. The breakfast was also nice and tasty. The staff at this hotel is so incredibly nice, friendly and helpful! They gave us absolutely fantastic restaurant recommendations. And the private villa with the pool is wonderful -- a perfect little perch up above Mykonos town, but only a two-minute walk away. Wonderful location. Service and location were excellent. Also very clean and neat.4 minutes walking distance to mykanos. Recently renovated hotel's room design is very cozy and bathroom has a big shower place. Next time we will stay there again:). So at least we got a really wonderful stay (and a private pool) for our money!. There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. Breakfast was very basic. The steps up to the hotel were not the best but were tolerable. The sunset view and easy access to the middle of town were worth the work. Leaving. It can be a bit confusing walking back from town and finding the apartment, however the windmill helps! The room was VERY small. Staff were helpful but not overly so. Rooms were a bit tight for two suitcases. room is a bit small. Getting to the hotel from Mykonos requires ascending about 50 steps up from town. However, without those steps you would not have the great view and at the same time be just a block from the center of everything. Nothing. Mattress protector on the bed was very uncomfortable (we took it off). They need to take the prominent pic of the swimming pool off their website as 95% of guests cant use it. Get decent wifi. Bit of a trek up stairs. Quite small rooms- I wouldn't call it 'boutique' as they do. Staff not helpful at all Horribly overpriced for the 'budget' room we stayed in (too small, view on a wall..). Perhaps rooms with a view might have been better A pool is showed on the picture of the website but it is actually only available for the private villa.
