We have just returned from a truly magnificent stay at Atalos Villas. Itis wonderful and Yiannis and his wife are fabulous hosts. Theaccommodation is charming with a real Greek flavour; everything is cleanand well presented. The location is perfect easy to reach the beach andKamari town, as well being close to the bus stop that will take you intoFira, to the port or airport. We spent four nights in this lovely hotel. The whole family owned this hotel was quite friendly and warm. Becides of the free pickup from/to port and airport, Mr.Argyros even drove his van to show us around the downtown of Kamari village and pointed out the location of supermarkets, post office and bus stops. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Atalos very much!.
all reviews » Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet area. Large room. Great breakfasts! We also were picked up at the airport (very early in the morning) and taken to the ferry when we left. This was much appreciated! Owners let us use their computer to check on our reservations and their Skype account to check on our mothers. It was like we were part of the family. Giannis is an excellent host who makes you feel at home. The rooms are nice and spacious, excellent value for the money.Friendly, helpfull staff and a truly Greek atmosphere. This made for a very relaxing holiday. We have spent 4 nights in the hotel and were very impressed by great hospitality from owner`s hospitality, it was realy unique and warm.Friendly and helpful staff, free airport transfers, good rates, multilanguadge support. Giannis and Irina are very nice people. Nice pool area. Generally high service on the hotel. Close to townand beach.owners were very nice and helpful!. I liked the location and the easy availability of things nearby.However, far more important were the staff, especially the couple whoare in charge or own the place. Mr and Mrs Giannis were both very kindand extremely responsive when it came to helping us with anything. Irinain particular left a real impression with my girlfriend Shar and reallyadded to our time there.The owner Giannis and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The double room we had was a nice size and clean, and included a small kitchenette. Internet and outdoor pool available. The daily breakfast was more than enough. Location is good as it is only a very short walk to Kamari beach and the many restaurants and bars. The pickup upon arrival and drop-off at the ferry port was a bonus. Pick-up service and they were very kind and warm. Give us informaionabout santorini and bus .. and so on. Especially showed the bus stationby car when we arrived there ,, kindly! ^^ and also our flight to Athenwas very early in the morning but he was willing to drive us to theairport! We were very thank you! And.. The facilities are very good! Itwas very cozy and cute.the owner was very helpful - he picked us up from the port at the beginning of our stay and took us to the main town at the end of our stay which was very kind - and didn't charge us. the hotel is in a great location - in a quiet area but easily walkable to the main centre of the resort. very pretty garden. Free airport transfers, nice breakfast, good rates. Giannis even took us to the airport at 5.30am.Very nice and pro-active people. Apartment has enough space. Very close to the beach and the village. Good beaches and not so crowded like in the other villages in Thira. The relaxed atomsphere, the pool, the owner.Pool was good. Shower. No, but one thing is .. we stayed 3 days , we didn't get the new towelson the second day at hotel. That day wasn't the person who cleans theroom took off.. I don't know why. But.. The owner, he gave us towels onthird day.. He was very kind !. People speak little English. Sometimes no warm water.The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Air con noisy and the price was high.
