In one word to describe my overall experience at Aria Suites - amazing!! Located perfectly with views of the caldera as well as close proximity to all restaurants/cafes, shops and everything you need. Rooms are large and simple but beautifully designed and the minute you walk in the door, you get an instant feeling of relaxation! The daily breakfast was simply to die for - especially the Greek omelette. But what makes this place truly wonderful are the staff - Dimitra, Betty, Christoph and ever.

From the breakfast cooked to order and brought to your room to poolside drinks and water that just seem to appear. The service is impeccable and seems so effortless. Views are amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in matters relating the island. Client's privacy is totally observed and they are very proactive in their assistance. Location of Aria Suites is also superb, near to the main town of Fira yet quiet. We loved the view from the pool area and the service provided on our loungers was excellent. We also found Fira too crowded with cruise ship passengers in the narrow streets. The resident kitten was a bit of a nuisance at breakfast time. None. Nothing to report. nothing. Bathroom needs to be re done - leak and mould. nothing. Nothing. It was really expensive.
