The staff and the personalized service was incredible. Everyone was sofriendly, helpful, and pleasnat. Could not have been better. location of the hotel,spacious room,good food,most of the staff was friendly and kind. the hotel's supermarket is very small, too much ant and spider in the room despite of the good cleanliness,waiters to smile a bit more:-),especially in the morning, and be a bit more flexible,lift was out of order almost every evening,laundry was too expensive.
