Staff was friendly and helped us with any questions we had. Close to the bus station so convenient as we went to the Samaria gorge the next morning. We left at 7 am and so the staff made sure to have the breakfast ready for us. Really close to old town and the harbour (5 minutes walk). Not a luxury hotel but clean.all reviews »
First of all you have to remember this is only a 2 star hotel. It's clean, bright, has wonderfull views over the sea and white mountains (our balcony was nearly the size of the room), fantastic location and the most important excellent staff. Great stay. We would love to come back.
This is an excellent hotel. Manolis and his family are most helpful with any request and are very knowledgable with tips on places to see and what to do. Ideally located in the heart of Chania and only a short bus ride to local beaches.
Very friendly, helpful staff and a comfortable room with a huge balcony overlooking the town. Our plane got in at midnight but the reception is 24 hours and it was no problem. Good location 5 minutes walk from the bus station, but quiet.
Nice budget family-operated hotel located next to the old town of Chania and the bus station. Good variety for breakfast, spacious room with large balcony (4th floor). Good Wi-fi coverage (not common in Greek hotels).

Perfect location, a couple of hundred yards from bus station one way and harbour and restaurants the other. Family run and friendly. Good brekfast. Excellent value. Would definitely stay there again.

It is a good hotel and it is well placed, close to the main important spots in the city. We booked a family room and we got an apartment with two separated rooms. It is good value for money.

No parking, however parking available on the street near the hotel and staff explained us very well on which side to park to avoid getting a ticket.

Elevator starts in between 0 and 1 floor so you need to cover the distance via stairs what is not so conveniant with heavy suitcases. Shower curtain does not cover the bathroom from flooding (not something shocking when compared with other Greek hotels).
Some nights there was loud music throughout the night but you will have that at most locations in the downtown area.
